The booking I made through booking.com stated exactly how much I should pay at the property including local taxes. I paid for the booking on arrival at the hotel. When I returned home I realised I had been overcharged, I had paid for the local taxes again, on top of the ones already included in the booking.com amount. I emailed the hotel asking for a refund of the difference and they refused. The booking.com voucher which I sent them explicity clearly states this is the amount to be paid at the hotel and itemises out that the price stated includes local taxes.

If you come thanks to BOOKING, you don't have a "traveller responsible"...Don't hesitate to ask another travelling guide. BRAVO travelling person was really helpfull to organise reservation for quads, massages, ...and the quality & price were excellent !

The beach and the pool are amazing. The hotel is so big with a very beautiful garden.

The food is not that good. It includes the cheapest varieties. Since it’s a 4 stars hotel I’ve had better expectations than this. The drinks are not good they use concentrated drinks not fresh juices. I wish the staff were nicer especially at the pool bar.

- Absolute Cleanliness, great and motivated personnel mostly, Mini Club is nice but - except IRMA which is absolutely wonderful and with all her heart working with the kids -the rest of the ladies rather seem unmotivated and not interested. -Fitness room and all sport offers are very very good - The Beach is very nice, sandy and kept very very clean

- rooms with very basic amenities and design for a 5 star hotel, no water bottle refill in the room, no Water boiler for tea/coffee, VERY hard beds -The food and drinks are great in variation and quantity but QUALITY and TASTE are rather inferior/basic But maybe that's too much asked for for All Inclusive - The only really tasty food was the Tunisian dinner night - Guests even in their absence blocking Beach chairs/lounges - very ill bred kids of local guests running and screaming and even disturbing the shows not being kept at bay through management, maybe too afraid of their wealthy parents?????
