Everything was great. Alfredo prepared the breakfast earlier for me, because I planned to start my day very early. My one day trip was planned by Alfredo, and his panini saved my life :D

Exceptionally good host. Alfredo was very welcoming, had wonderful suggestions for activities and is an extremely relaxed and nice person. The area around baunei is beautiful. Endless opportunities for hiking, climbing and swimming.

Comfortable, very clean and quiet location. Fabulous view over the valley towards the hills in the distance. Lovely breakfast and Alfredo was a marvellous host.

The host Alfredo is amazing, very helpful and thoughtful! Breakfast is delicious and the parking is free. Room is nice and spacious with private bathroom. Location is also great, walking distance to center of Baunei. Very recommended!

It is hard to describe how great everything about this stay was! The room was super clean, spacious, new and had litterally everything that you need. The view from the window over the valley and the sea was amazing. The breakfast was excellent! The best breakfast we had until now. The host is very very friendly, caring, always helpful with everything possible that you can ask and with all the troubles you might have. He is ready to jump for help in no time! He gave us the best advices and recommendations and even prepared a breakfast for us at 5 am!! The location is super for visiting the beaches and well connected with bus transport. This host and this place made our stay in Sardinia unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
