The location was great, right by the beach. If you want to go out at night, you have to take the bus or a taxi. The last bus leaves ar 9.15 pm. So later than that, you need a taxi. The rooms are a bit worn, but cleaned well. The pool area is nice.

Location was nice! lots of places in the neighbourhood to shop, eat, drink, go to the beach, close to the busstop as well. The restaurant (not buffet) is good, they had good food.

The hotel is okay but shouldn't have a four-star rating and this is why: it claims they have a gym - they don't. When asked about it reception told us we could use the gym of another hotel which was further away. They should take that off their listing. There were some stains on our sheets. 1 pool (that you could see as someone walking by) was clean, the adult pool which was at the back of the hotel was NOT CLEAN. In fact it was quite disgusting. We had to PAY FOR TOWELS to use at the HOTEL POOL?? as well as pay 15 EUR to use the umbrella and chairs on THEIR beach?? insane and outrageous for a four star hotel going for 250+ EUR per night. Our room had a bathtub; but the bathtub was broken so we couldn't use it. The breakfast is tiny- has 4-5 options of savoury and a 2 for dessert, every day the same choices and was SO crowded due to small space for seating. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The hotel overall is pretty and aesthetically pleasing but DEFINITELY not worth its rating and price. It is at best a 3 star hotel. I have stayed at 3 stars hotels in the neighbourhood that are a way better value for your money. I paid 1000+ EUR for 4 nights in this hotel and honestly felt like I was scammed out of 1000+ EUR. On top of that we had an incident with the receptionist and she handled the situation pretty poorly. Should be trained better for customer service. Over all, please save your money and stay somewhere else.

Excellent location in front of the beach! The property was very clean and had a friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The hotel bar was very convenient and the bartender was awesome!

This place was pretty nice and was in a great location in Perissa beach. We had several restaurants and shops easily accessible and the hotel staff was very lovely. We rented a great dune buggie type vehicle through them as well which was a must when getting around Santorini! The included breakfast was also really great.

The bed in our room was not comfortable and was a source of contention for my hubby. We also didn't love that our room overlooked the main breakfast area which made it quite loud even with all of the doors and windows shut.
