Beautiful old monastery with spacious rooms! Amazing breakfast and super helpful stuff who even looked after our baby monitor so we can go and enjoy the dinner by the pool (out of reach for baby monitor)

All is good but I find the price for baby cot (12eur/night) too high considering that usually most hotels offer it for free. Outside restaurant is next to main road so it can get a bit loud from traffic noise

Great food. Very quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My daughter has an ear infection from our previous stay at a villa the week before and they organised for the doctor to come to the hotel. He was also excellent and very efficient. The main pool is stunning, a few minutes walk from the main hotel, built in an old quarry, swifts came flying past and would drink from the water, which was wonderful to watch. Very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves a lot.

Everything. The food was lovely the rooms were very comfortable and the swimming pools beautiful. It was August and yet still felt relaxed and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. They were brilliant. A very relaxing stay.

It is near a road although we only noticed this occasionally at breakfast.

Everything, the location, the fact it is a beautiful renovated 13th century monestary turned hotel, the staff were great, huge room, clean and such a wonderful experience.

The hotel restaurant for dinner was delicious and in such a beautiful location but the service can be quite slow, so patience is needed.

A bit of a walk to the larger pool

The breakfast was very good and the room was big. The dinner is delicious and the wine variety is good.

We booked this hotel because the rating was 9.8 at the time we made the booking - higher than some of the best 5-star hotels we have tried on the island so it was very promising. We were especially impressed with the pictures of the pool. Unfortunately it appeared that the pool is not usable at all - it was full of wasps during the day - I have never seen anything like it! Swarms of wasps were cooling off in the shallow water so entering the pool was a risky business. The sunbeds at the pool were very old with holes on, falling apart and the ones that were usable were very uncomfortable. Even walking on the grass was dangerous as the grass was also full of wasps. Understandably, there was no one at the pool. The arrangement in the room was hopeless - there was a huge cabinet between the bed and the window so you couldn't see any daylight from the bed. The airconditioners were so old that the buttons were broken so you couldn't turn them down. The soft furniture was not antic, but completely worn off - it was so nasty that you wouldn't like to use it. There was one wooden chair and it was completely broken - it was unusable! The plants dividing our terrace from the neighbours' terrace were completely dry - like a parody of the pictures we saw when we booked! I actually fell sorry for those plants. The umbrella on our terrace was covered with holes and the top part was completely detached from the post so if there is just a bit of wind the top will fall off. The terrace has not been swept in a long time. The sunbeds at the terrance were also not usable as the mattress was very thin and the foam inside had crumpled. The shower cabin had something like a sink on the floor that was not proportional to the shower cabin and when taking a shower one shall have one leg out of the sink in order not to fall. The rating does not correspond with the hotel's condition.

This Finca hotel is more like a 5 star hotel than 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The grounds are very well kept. Several pools. Bath towels everywhere. Very good restaurant. Next time we will book half-board. Not necessary to eat out. Not for the quality, nor the price. Lovely terrace for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was very extensive. A great spread of all types of food. Lots of fruits, as well. All types of cheeses and sausages. Many pastries. Too much to choose. Warning: danger of over-eating!

The only minus was the AC in the room. Some nights it just stopped cooling and we had to open the windows. There is a B road not far away and that was annoying. Luckily we had earplugs for a sound sleep. I expect them to fix the problem.

One of the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed, unbelievable food, and the staff were so amazing with our little girl! Absolute dream trip
