Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived quite exhausted after a long hike and a sleepless night and they let me check-in early.

Clean, warm, good buffet breakfast and very friendly hostw
I speak no Spanish but the hosts went out of their way to communicate with me and teach me a few words. We made each other understood despite the language barrier

Location
Breakfast was bad. The room was ultra cold, and I am talking beginning of October. The woman in the reception told us that "of course the heater was turned off", and that "it was not cold". The rooms were depressing I have been in cheaper rooms that are much more cozy and taken care of. Everything was very old. The TV did not work well. My girlfriend had to sleep with the jacket on. I can tell you that it was colder than in the street. Vall Daran is beautiful. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a good experience in the area.

Always nice and friendly and super central. In Spanish hotels I am usually more friendly than the staff, but not here.
Don't hesitate if on a budget!
Everything fine for the price. Bit of street noise but that is to be expected in a central location. See you again soon!
