Great size family room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly staff on reception. Pool slide guys were great ensuring safety of the kids using them.

Bit far from town but an ok walk or short tuk tuk.

An overall good hotel. Didn’t live up to the pictures as it was more of a basic hotel but nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and breakfast ok. Not as many options as other places but fresh fruit, eggs and basic other stuff. The area around the hotel is great - lots of restaurants, markets and other activities to walk to. Staff was super friendly. Decent Happy Hour.

Excellent pool areas with excellent life guards Great family rooms - very spacious and well equipped. Good breakfast with a range of choice. Very friendly and polite staff Good location - quiet but easy to access the beaches and market.

The place looks new and nice build.

The bed smells urine! Have mad complaints and they come to replace the bed sheets but still can smells urine. I fine many muslim stay here, its will be great if the restaurant not serving any pork and Should have halal breakfast.

We love the hospitality of the staff and hotel ambience was good. My kids loved the pool especially fantasy. N pool bar was awesome, lovely drinks and food... Walking distance to many restaurants and night market (must to visit) Overall we had a good holiday and stay at Ananta Burin.

Many honey bees at the restaurant during breakfast, can be bit annoying especially to younger kids .. There wasn't any universal adaptor for usage. But staff was very helpful to allow us to charge using their own chargers..

Very clean and spacious room. A wonderful view of a nice, child-friendly swimming pool area. Good breakfast. Peaceful location. Well-functioning air conditioning.

Liked everything

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our 4 yr. old daughter loved the pool and slides, which were covered by 3 friendly lifeguards. The hotel was very clean, the staff were all lovely and it's in a good location to both Ao Nang and Hat Noppharat Thara beach. Whilst we didn't initially opt for the breakfast buffet when booking, we did end up having breakfast at the hotel for almost half of our stay. There's plenty of options on offer and both the kitchen and floor staff are really friendly and attentive. Overall we had a great stay and we'd definitely book again should we stay in Krabi.

Manager here was very rude & not friendly. Bad attitude! Im with my family just arrived from malaysia so tired, then when we want to register he said i booked wrong room. Not talk nicely. With kids tired after long journey. Didnt serve any drinks to keep us calm. Just waiting to que up and we need to charge extra! what a bad hotel & of coz very bad service! pls dont come here. Manager was very very rude!
