The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was renovated recently (although it kept its old look). The staff were pleasent. The hotel is within walking distance of public transportation and the old city.

The room was relatively small for three persons. The price was so great for this type of accommodation. The area of the hotel is not very pleasent to walk around in.

The rooms we got looked like had been just refurbished. Very helpful and kind staff, good breakfast. I definitely suggest staying at this hotel, very cozy and clean.

We received a very warm welcome. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early for us. The room was spacious with a large double bed, wardrobe and television. The bathroom was quite small, but had a bath with a shower overhead and a hairdryer. Breakfast was a good choice of meats, cheeses, pastries, breads and cereals. Boiled eggs, sausages and streaks of bacon. There was a nice lounge/bar area for drinks. The hotel was spotless and well kept. The location was around 10/15min walk from the train station and the Marienplatz.

The bottled water in the room was a nice touch and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to book a car park space adjacent to the hotel.

Spacious for a standard hotel, with great and modern bathroom facilities. the staff were fantastic, friendly and accomodating. would recommend this hotel for others.

Nothing to do with the hotel, rather when walking at night a more adult environment. Would be a little carful with young children. During the day there were no issues, just later at night.

The staff was really helpful. I arrived earlier to leave my luggage but they even tried to find if my room was ready (it was really early in the morning so sadly no). However, when I came back later in the afternoon, my luggage was already there in my room. The room was spacious and clean (I liked the bathroom, too). It was also quite close to the train station.
