The rooms look different than the pictures and they advertise rooms that don’t exist. I booked two deluxe double rooms with sea view and was offered a triple room ( I didn’t need a triple one as I was by myself ) The beach boy is charging for the sun beds even though they should be included, I had to talk with the hotel manager about that

lift was out of service often so need to use stairs, food was poor and time between meals not very smart choice, for ig lunch was too close to breakfast, only 2 hours distance

Unfortunately it was my worst experience in an hotel in my life, normal hotel team tried their best to apologize about what happened to us but the hotel management do not care on the safety of guests or customer care at all only focusing on how to get your money. The rooms we booked was in another awful building in the back street of the hotel which did not shown during booking very old poor building. Even though while we going to see the room the poor lift stuck in 6th floor I hanged there with my two daughters and the hotel boy for more than 15 min till they brought the technician to fix it. We left the hotel while it became midnight to find another hotel to sleep, no supervisor no management at night even second day we are back they refused to return our money even after they called their manager who is his main concern to deduct money from our payment. Actually very poor facility with unprofessional management. Advise anyone to be careful if you decide to book this hotel.

The housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor argued with me because I asked her for a towel. We had to buy water bottles and soft drinks to put in our fridge in our room. We were told that they change the towel after 3 days. No fizzy drinks provided at snack bar. Leak in bathroom and balcony. Air con nightmare to operate. Noisy air con. We were not allowed to take the bathroom towel to pool.

The rooms were not clean , the towels were not changed every day. The bedding is old and worn away and ripped.

The house keeping took laundry and dustbin down the main lift and it smelt in the lifts all the time you entered. Also the towels were changed every 3 days not acceptable as it got so dirty couldn’t shower on the last day and there was no towels available on request. make sure you take rubber sandels as the beach water is rocky.

Everything but not the food.

Nice hotel with pool, restaurant with the view and close to the beach. They have two buildings and I was staying in the main one. The staff are very nice and helpful but not all of them understand English good so it’s not always they understand what you want. The hotel has nice spa and hamam. The woman who gives massage does magic with her hands. I really recommend. Food is good but almost all the time it’s kind of same thing. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and it takes you all the way to the city centre of Alanya. You can pay with your card when entering which is cheaper than pay with cash.

The bed are hard which can be not that comfortable for the one who likes more soft bed. I recommend to check of AC is working right away. I know some people had troubles and need to change room. I always would not recommend to take a room without a balcony. We didn’t had it but I saw one. it’s very small room and not comfortable at all and you will not even have place to dry clothes. I wish there would be more entertaining at the hotel specially for the kids. The hotel next to this one had it almost everyday. Our had couple of times and it was repeating.

Which I booked room and reality room was completely different. I was contacted with booking team and the hotel team, nobody solved my problem, and I should upgrade room with alternative cost. The room was dirty, no air conditioner, smell was very very bad. Toilet was dirty etc.

Internet only in the lobby. The hotel lied at booking.com that there is no payment in advance needed, they charged my card a week before the arrival. When I asked why they did it, the manager/receptionist said "what is the difference, we have a right". Once I arrived at the property, reception ask me to pay again.

A very good hammam. The masseur is a professional, which is rare. The service in the hammam is top notch, the owner is a professional. I recommend it. You can come just for the massage and hammam, you don't have to stay in this Hotel

There was no hot water for a whole week, we had to heat the kettle to take a shower. The hotel is old, everything is in disrepair, broken, torn, plaster falling off. The food is inedible, the quality is the lowest, stomach upset guaranteed. We ate only in town, although everything was included. There is a total lack of service. No service whatsoever. Staff only respond to requests or complaints from the third time around and speak very poor English. Hotel manager is totally unprofessional and incompetent and cannot resolve anything. No air conditioning to the hair, no slippers. The bed is torn, with holes and scraps.
