La camera aveva l’armadio rotto e impolverato, non c’erano prese x mettere in carica il cellulare, fili elettrici volanti, televisione non funzionante, nessuna presa x spegnere la luce vicino al letto. Secondo me potrebbero aumentare il prezzo ma offrire una camera decorosa. INDECENTE

The location is perfect. Right by the canal in the old part of town. Close to every restaurants and cafe and like a 5min walk from the lake.
Super easy check-in we even got an upgrade without asking anything. View from the room on point.

The location could hardly be any better, the hotel is in the old centre, near the river and all the restaurants. Beautiful area.
The hotel itself feels old and authentic.
Because it's in the centre, it isn't possible to park directly at the hotel, the nearest car park isn't far away nor expensive, but it makes carrying luggages complicated, especially since the are no elevators in the hotel. Prepare a light pack for this one.

Easy check in and out. Great location in the town centre, however as a result it was a bit noisy at night (partying people) and first thing in the morning (delivery lorries etc)

Great location! Good for family of 4 persons,we had 4 beds in the room.
Parking of hotel de ville is not far away. The receptionist helpet to rembourse 50% of coast. For 2 days we've played 9,5 euros.

A great location and really affordable. We were concerned about the negative reviews but the room was clean, safe, comfortable. Open the shutters and see the heart of the old town. It is a historic old building but nothing wrong with that

The location was great in Annecy.
The room I booked was actually occupied. They quickly gave me an upgraded room with better access but the place is run down and needs a good cleaning and update.

Historic building in a fantastic location, right on the main square and canal. everything is right outside your door. The beautiful lake is a 5 minute stroll way. Annecy is a beautiful town with lots of outdoor activities. Goel the owner/manager is a gem and a great host.
Small room but adequate for a short stay with a beautiful view of the canal. Narrow staircase and no lift. Driving directly to the hotel is a challenge. Better to go directly to the public parking at the Hotel DeVille and walk 200 m to the hotel. The hotel will validate the overnight parking.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. I would say it has the best location in Annecy right in the heart of the old city
We stayed in this hotel about 30 years ago and it would appear that very little attention has been paid to it. since TV's did not work, shower was dodgy, broken articles in closets, decorations were adequate, overall a bit shabby

What an absolutely charming little hotel. The staff make this place extra special. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The gentleman on resection was a great asset to this amazing place
