It was a spacious room and the staff were very accommodating.

Location was good for our purpose. The hotel is fair for staying over when driving through Ulm.
We booked double bed but got single beds. The pillows were very thin, while the matrasses were soft but they didn’t fit in the bed frame so it made a small bump on the middle of the bed. Curtains didn’t cover the whole windows, so light came in early morning. Shower had no warm water early morning. In general, the place needs an update.

Staff were very friendly, room very clean, close to highway and supermarket on walking distance ... Nice lake near by and free parking at the hotel.
No airco and with hot days it was tough to fall asleep

The staff were outstanding. Helpful and friendly.
Cigarette smoke stench in the stairway and hall to the room was very bad. This was unexpected in a hotel that was said to be non-smoking.

The room was good and the breakfast is nice.
The room is with 4 beds and one bed is not so good and moving while using.
At least should serve a bottle of water each day if stay.
Otherwise everything is good.

The rooms are above a Chinese restaurant, no comment.. the hotel is a scam. They swiped my bankcard at check-in for "card authorization", but they actually charged the room fee. They swiped again at check-out and they charged my bank card yet again. I asked them to investigate the issue and refund either payment but they didn't do much investigation in a week. Their free whatsup number doesn't work. I had to file an official charge-back complaint to get my money back. Don't let them take your bankcard away from eyesight. Total no go.
