The staff, cleanliness, facilities, food,location and the breathtaking view were all excellent.
It’s not cheap but you really get your money’s worth.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. For my partners birthday, the hotel provided us with complimentary champagne, a birthday cake and snacks. 10/10

We stayed in a very old room and there was no climate control in the room. We stayed here at the end of february and it was already so hot in the room. It was nearly impossible to sleep.

The jacuzzi in the Spa was very cold . The sauna closes at 19:00, so very early.

- Bad service client!! I wrote an email after my stay because I missed a shirt and no reply. I called them and they assured they would reply. 2 days after my email no reply from them!! A shame for such an hotel!!!

TOP RATED FRONT DESK STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL! THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE THEIR DUTIES MAKING US COMFORTABLE. THEY MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE TRAIN STATION TO BUY OUR TICKETS. OFFERED TO SIT FOR MY DOG SO I COULD DINE IN THE RESTAURANT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL 5 SRAR HOTEL!

One of the beautiful hotels as a location, as well as the cleanliness, service and classy treatment of the staff. I listened a lot in the hotel. And the view of the lake from the balcony was one of the most beautiful moments. I will choose the same hotel if I think of returning to Lugano, and I will recommend it to colleagues and friends.

Location
Overpriced hotel & we had a horrible experience, room had no AC & the bed mattress was not comfortable. They attached two single beds together to make a double bed. The room picture is not like the reality.
