Frühstück gut, noch besser wäre Obstsalat mit frischen Früchten und gebratener Speck. Sehr gut, aufmerksam und appetitlich, dass Tische sofort abgedeckt, gründlich abgewischt und neu eingedeckt wurden. Auf Anfrage bekam ich sofort zweite bezogene Bettdecke. Wolldecken, die von mehreren Gästen benutzt werden, finde ich als Zusatzdecke unangenehm. Toller Blick auf den Schiffsverkehr auf der Elbe. Der wunderschöne Weg auf dem Deich und unten am Wasser sind direkt vor der Tür.

Die Bettdecken sind extrem dünn, die Betten aber bequem. Wenig Hilfsbereitschaft als wir um Auskunft zu Busverbindung fragten: "Sie können selber im Internet nachschauen". Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Wege zu Restaurants sind zu Fuß recht weit.

I booked a room with see view but the view was a side view not a direct one I saw the road and the other hotels and only side of the sea even though I only wanted to see the Sea. The breakfast buffet is not that diverse the bread sorts are limited and not delicious. As a person who doesn't eat Pork I would have prefered more details about the sort of each kind of meat and salami presented in the buffet.

The location is very good, the area very quiet next to the waterfront.

I cheked in at 11am, however I couldn't get the key at that time which was ok with me. After spending the day with relatives I got to the hotel at about 20:15 and found everything closed. A guest let me in at a side door but we could not find any Hotel personal. Finally one of guest who were very helpful found a small notice at the door with an emergency phone number which we had not seen because of poor lighting. I called and was directed to a key safe which also was poorly lit. There I had to type in a code which I could only do with the help of an other guest who put his cell phone light on. I finally got to my room by 21:45, exhausted and upset. I will not stay in this hotel again.
