Brak w pobliżu darmowego parkingu. Trzeba szukać na pobliskim osiedlu wolnych miejsc parkingowych, których liczba jest ograniczona. Przy tym osiedlu znajduje się parking podziemny cena za dobę to 25 Euro.
Fakt, że hotel znajduje się w starej kamienicy, ale pokoje wymagają odnowienia eg. Ściany, sufit. łazienki standardowe z kabiną prysznicową.
Bardzo ubogie śniadanie dżemiki miód, masło czekoladowe, corsanty, płatki... maszyna do robienia kawy nie była na bieżąco czyszczona.

Die Lage war wunderbar. Es war angenehm, auch im „Zentrum“ still und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt, trotz dass ich zum ersten Mal alleine im Urlaub war.

Exceptional 2 star hotel right in the centre of siena great value for money the young lady who was on duty very friendly and helpful clean crisp comfortably bedding breakfast was what I have at home cereal and tea
The toilet cistern overflow was running into the toilet all night the manager was informed but did nothing about it .the noise kept us awake most of the night. They must of been aware of the problem before we arrived room 10 family room beware

The breakfast was very average but lots of it. Location was good. Manager helpful with sorting out car.
The mattresses could have been thicker and there was no need for a heavy blanket as well as a bedspread.

Great location to tour around Siena! Great storage for our bikes.Lots of noise from the main street- partiers and cleaning crews.

The hotel's position is great, easy to find and also the receptionist was very polite.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Price was good compared to other options in the same area.
Bathroom was especially small and if you are above 1.8m you have to watch your head when entering.
Compared to the rest of the room the bathroom seemed old and impractical (the shower head waa fixed on wall).

Ideal location for a few nights in the heart of Siena. Staff members are friendly and efficient. Standard Italian-styled breakfast. The room has a nice view over one of the main streets of Siena with many restaurants and bars close by.
The double bed consisted of two uncomfortable single beds that were just pushed together. We would have enjoyed a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. The room had no aircon which made the hot summer night a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very basic but clean, ok for what i paid for.
The breakfast was not very good, below standard, there were very little choices available and nothing suitable for a healthy person.
if you arrive by car, it is very difficult, especially as a foreigner. You have to drive through a pedestrian zone, and cannot park near the hotel, despite the booking.com site said it has parking. I could unload my luggage though. But that was one of the reasons i booked there. So then I had to drive to a free public carpark which the receptionist advised me to go to and i was lucky to find a free spot there, it was very full. Then i had to walk back which took about 10 minutes. Then i had to o the same in reveres to pick up my luggage!
