Un établissement très bien situé près de la gare, propre, confortable et moderne. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni. On apprécie le cocktail offert à l’arrivée.

The one thing we did like was the balcony but unfortunately could not use it as the building opposite was having major work carried out and the noise and dust pollution from it made it impossible to sit out on
Since its refurb the hotel has changed no longer luxurious , the rooms are more in keeping with cells, all the same very bare no pictures no tea or coffee making equipment no wardrobes, no bottled water not even mugs or glasses in the bathroom area to rinse after tooth brushing. The lock on the toilet door in our room was broken and one of the emulsioned walls was scuffed and dirty. After paying 4 star hotel prices extremely disappointed. This is more in keeping with a Travelodge but even they are better equipped. I would say security could be an issue as lifts from the street to the reception area which doubles up as bar,lounge and restaurant can be accessed by anyone. Normally after that to get to the rooms you need a key card to operate the lift not in this case as you can get to any floor with out a key card so anyone can get in.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, Zug und Metro 200 m entfernt. Lokale und Einkaufsmarkt vor Ort. Das Bett war sehr bequem, sehr gute Matratzen. Tiefgarage ist gegen Gebühr vorhanden.
Das Zimmer war nicht schmutzig aber sehr verstaubt. Das Bett war nicht frei zugänglich, es stand mit einer Seite an der Wand. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, jeden Tag das selbe, der Kaffee war auch nicht gut. Das Spiegelei und Eierspeise waren kalt. Vor Ort kein Parkplatz im freien.

Me gustó todo,por decir algo nos tocó esperar mucho para el chek-in, pero no fue culpa de ellos,al parecer el sistema no registraba las habitaciones q ya estaban vacías por lo demás genial,,calidad precio buena,, teniendo en cuenta q es Barcelona y es muy caro hospedarse ahi

Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
Me dieron una habitación con un olor insoportable a tubería que no venía del baño. Había pelos en la ducha. Tuve que pedir el cambio al día siguiente. El hotel está en obras y los ruidos son constantes.

Het inchecken duurde zeer lang. We hebben ongeveer een 30minuten moeten wachten alvorens we naar onze kamer konden.
Op de kamer was er niets eens een frigo aanwezig. Ook het personeel had omstreeks 23 uur geen zin meer om een koffie te geven terwijl de persoon in kwestie aan het apparaat stond. “Ze waren gesloten”.
Een snack zoals een mars kost 3 euro 😂
Ook wanneer we wouden uitchecken moesten we iets betalen wat we niet eens hadden besteld. Ze hebben dit dan zo gelaten.
Het ontbijt is tot 10u30 open. Omstreeks 10u10 waren de croissant al niet meer op voorraad en ook geen choco paste niet meer te bespeuren. De machine die orange juice gaf, was precies gewoon water. Teleurstellend hotel.

The only thing nice about the room was the view and the fact that the room appears to have been recently renovated.
The price of the hotel room did not match the quality of the room. There were minor things like no Tissues in the room only toilet paper. While this may seem minor, just wait till you have a runny nose. Also You can hear the water running down the central plumbing and due to the expanse of the room and the lack of furniture -- The room only has one chair, a table, and a bed -- sound echos through the room, The room was very sparse. I have stayed in hotels that did not cost as much as this room did that were twice as nice.

Un hotel bonito y moderno a la vuelta de la estación Barcelona-Sants.
Los baños del área común están muy limpios.
El suelo es de madera, lo que lo hace muy ruidoso.
El huésped de la siguiente planta de arriba caminó mucho rato, y todo se oyó hasta mi habitación,y el ruido del pasillo se filtra hacia adentro de las habitaciones. Tal vez no es buena opción para familias con niños pequeños.
Los baños del área común son unisex.

Estaba limpio, hera todo muy nuevo
La planta olía raro como a pegamento, y la habitación también. Ponía que estaba insonorizado pero se escuchaba las obras que estaban haciendo en otras habitaciones. Y por el precio que me costó heche de menos una cafetera en la habitación
Sugiero que la pongan, ganarían mucho con ese simple detalle

La nueva reforma ha dejado una habitación sin armario , con dos perchas para 3 días de trabajo , dos camas individuales una frente a la otra ( pedí cama grande ) y sin gym ( cerrado ) y con el hotel en obras

La habitación muy pequeña para tres personas ( aun no se si para dos) sin lugar para dejar las maletas de tres personas y sin armario. Dos perchas en la pared para tres personas , en invierno q no hay ni donde poner los abrigos.Y luego una televisión de tamaño excesivo para la habitación. Sugiero mas sitio para el equipaje y colgar la ropa y una tv de tamaño mas moderado

The front desk service was very good. Very helpful and clean entrance.
The rooms are nice and the beds are very confy. Enough towels and toiletries.
The view and location are on point. It has a lot of amenities around overal a very pleasant stay for 2 nights. The late check out at 12 is very good.
Could off had more people to assist in checking in, especially when you know you have a group of 15 people staying and been told the arrival time. Some of the rooms had dirty floors like they hadn't been sweeped and dirty shower floor. There are no coffee facilities and nowhere in the building to get a coffee. Some of the phones in the room are not working and there is not enough information in the rooms.

No puede ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas con camas dobles de uno treinta y cinco, sin armarios, sin vasos en el aseo, sin sitio para abrir la maleta, con frio en el salón del desayuno.

Lo que más me gusto fue el trato nada más llegar en recepción. Fue muy amable conmigo. Y el personal de piso muy amable también.

Hôtel très bien placé, à deux pas de la gare, de ses agences de location de voiture et de deux lignes de métro qui desservent une bonne partie de la ville. Le double toit-terrasse (une partie petite piscine et chaises-longues), une partie bar-restaurant) est très agréable avec sa belle vue sur la ville alentour et les hauteurs de Montjuïc.
Chambre assez confortable et propre, avec une salle de bain bien équipée et un petit dressing bien pratique pour installer ses affaires.
Malgré son confort général, la chambre était un peu vieillotte et assez mal agencée. Aucun effort de déco, les deux lits pressés près de la fenêtre avec un grand espace inutile près de l'entrée, un seul fauteuil pour deux personnes, pas de mobilier sur le balcon, une seule table de nuit... des détails mais pour le prix, on pourrait s'attendre à mieux.
Il semble que l'hôtel soit en cours de rénovation : ce sont de toute évidence les chambres refaites qui sont mises en avant sur les photos, mais elles ne sont pas forcément représentatives de celles qui sont effectivement louées.

Vi älskade helheten av vistelsen. Rummet var fräscht och mycket väl städat. Sängen bäddades, rummet dammsögs och handdukar byttes ut varje dag. Allt från schampo, balsam, hud lotion och till och med tandborste fanns i rummet. Receptionisterna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma i alla frågor, likaså städ personalen. Maten på roof top restaurangen var över förväntan. Det finns förbättringar som kan ske, men hade definitivt kunnat tänka mig att bo här igen!
Det som behöver göras ganska direkt är att lägga mini kylskåp i rummen. Det var den största besvikelsen. Att inte kunna kyla sitt vatten är inte kul. Likaså om man handlar med sig ost eller något som behöver så kallt, det gick inte.
Vi önskar även att poolen inte hade stängt så tidigt som första oktober. Lite trist när temperaturen ute fortsatt är närmare 30 grader. För många resenärer som reser från kalla länder är det fortsatt sommar :)
Kan vara bra att ha ett glas i rummet, för att lägga in tandborsten, och en skål för handtvålen.
Balkongen bör möbleras med åtminstone enklare stol/stolar och ett litet bord. Lite trist med en helt tom balkong.

Que no tenia lugar de guardado de ropa, que no tenia frigobar y que había mucho ruido debido a reformas que estaban haciendo .Nos dieron una habitacion para discapacitados y el baño no tenia mampara y se mojaba todo

The bedding wasn't clean on my first night; it hadn't been changed from the previous guests. On the second day, I asked them to change the bed, and only then did they change the sheets. I had to ask them again to change the duvet too, since it had makeup on it and was clearly used by previous guests. There was no kettle, coffee, or even water cups in the room; apparently, they were expecting guests to drink directly from the tap.
