The tropical and picturesque feel of the hotel
Felt a little under maintained in places. Fountains by pool not working jacuzzi not working.

This small hotel (33 rooms) is beautifully presented and well cared for with lots of unusual art. The gardens are beautiful and you could be in the Caribbean! The staff are helpful and everywhere is very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Lots of sun beds around the pool. We had room 108 overlooking the pool with a huge terrace. Perfect for a short getaway.
The car park
Is very small. The hotel was not full whilst we were there and I can imagine it could be difficult to park when it is.

A lovely quiet location, with a lovely walk by the sea about five minutes away. I loved all the trees. I didn't take advantage of the pool or other facilities on offer.
Not a big problem, but there was some confusion among the staff as to what time the restaurant opened in the evening. I went down at the time I had been booked a table, to be told it didn't open for half an hour. Seems the times change between winter, spring, summer... I felt the opening hour was later than I am used to.

Disappointing to have only juliet balcony. We expected a balcony we could access. Bedside lights didnot work and bidet was not clean.

really beautiful hotel, loved both the indoor spacious bright lounge and the beautiful gardens. The sea view room was nice. We had our two dogs with us and there were two dog beds and bowls provided in the room which was a nice surprise. the weather wasn’t nice enough to enjoy the outdoors properly but we look forward to enjoying this another time.
our arrival was more formal than friendly and the first evening wasn’t what we expected. when we went to decompress from our journey in the lounge/bar around 6ish the bar manager informed us there weren’t any nibbles available with our drinks which we needed to tide us through until the restaurant opened at 8pm. Also, even though we had booked the restaurant at the same time as the room, when we entered we were escorted out to the lounge area where we sat waiting for a table to be made up. it was a little disconcerting and put a smudge on our day. our dinner then was a mess. my main arriving 15 mins before my partners. we spoke to the manager and the next day all of our issues had been fixed so all in all we were very content. thank you. all in all we really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel.

Super hotel on the outskirts of Denia. Dog-friendly reastaurant with tasty meals on-site. Good choice for breakfast. Stunning garden. The seaside is just a short walk away.

Breakfast was adequate, rooms are excellent pool and outdoor facility’s are excellent to , loved the location.
Not enough staff but the staff that were there were very friendly but all had to much to do..: had to go looking for staff to serve us (drinks /food)pool side, bar closed too early in the evening

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff! The room was nice with a large terrace, and there was even a dog bed for our little dog. The breakfast was one of the best, with everything and more. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent and locally based! Beautiful terrace and garden, nice place for walks and tranquility!

The hotel is located in a quiet place between Denia and Javea. The location is just perfect, away from the city noises and nestled in a nice area, close to the sea.
The pool is great and big (25m)
The hotel looks a bit old for a 4 stars and will need some refreshments in the coming years.

This was our second visit so we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint in all areas
Better information ie in the room broche it said dinner was 19.30 in actual fact it was 20.00 so a contriction

Jacuzzi was not working and that was a key reason for booking this hotel butdid get a jacuzzi bath

It was a really nice and clean hotel, staff were very friendly, room was great.
The menu in the restaurant was all fish there was no options for anyone who doesn't like fish, no steak or chicken on the menu, also no cooked breakfast only continental. This spoilt it for us as we had to go out every night to find a restaurant to eat in.

the rooms are not insulated small and people can here trough walls. was watching youtube on phone middle loudness and someone knocked on my door at 23 000 saying if i could use headphones because they cant sleep....
