Nice,cozy,warm hotel near Victoria.. very kind-helpful staff
No elevator and the window of the room on the 4d floor just faced a wall and feels like you were in an underground,although they changed us immediately when we asked with another on 3rd floor(from where you can see Big Ben and London eye😉)

Didn’t have breakfast, thought we’d go out for a fry up.
Slept so badly went home next morning.
Close enough to see Wicked by walking.
It was cold, even with air on heating on. Paid for an upgraded room with a bathroom to ourselves and a view! The shower room stank the whole bedroom out all night, even after running the shower. The view from the lower ground window was of a boiler!

Very clean and well designed room, looks recently refurbished throughout the building. Bathroom/shower were excellent and looked brand new. Front desk was low-key but very attentive and helpful. Very good location.

La ubicación en muy buena ya que está cerca de Victoria Station, del Tube estación Pimlico y a dos cuadras del Támesis

Habitació acollidora, neta i molt ben situada, ben a prop de Buckingham i al costat de l'Estació de trens, metro i autobusos Victoria. El bany estava bé amb una dutxa molt espaiosa. L'habitació era molt petita, però ja n'estàvem al corrent, per dormir-hi és més que suficient.
Esmorzar correcte i a un preu acceptable.
Pujar 3 pisos amb una maleta de 25kg va ser una feinada! El matalàs no era del tot còmode.

Bathroom new and clean
Room was cold, couldn't adjust the heating. Staff weren't very friendly on arrival and when leaving. Some of the paintwork and decor a little run down

Muy cerca de Victoria Station. El personal muy amable. Un hotelito con mucho encanto.
El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor. Pero para nosotras no supuso ningún problema.

We loved the location, shower, comfy bed & air con facilities.
The bathroom door didn’t close/lock property, no where to store cool items & would of liked a chair so we weren’t constantly sitting on the beds to eat/drinks

photos did not show the true size of room and no room to move . two people in. triplex. could not even unpack
used toilet down stair as no ventilation or window in small bathroom

The location was really good and silent.
The Wi-Fi did not work in our first room. Therefore, the staff kindly requested a new room for us. However, the Wi-Fi still did not work. But it was ok. We just used the data of the mobile phone.

Quiet Location for Central London but still easy access to trains, underground etc. The hotel frontage has beautiful architecture.
Minor criticisms.Triple room with very little storage, one very small wardrobe and no chest of drawers...OK for a few days, but a two week stay? Two cups for three people. As said, little things.
