Location was excellent in the old part of town. Had 2 balconies morning sun and afternoon sun. kitchen facilities were great.
A few more cutlery would be good - bread knife, prep knife.

this is a very bijou apartment! Space is used cleverly to create a kitchenette, shower room and loo/sink room. While it is small, it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. it’s in a great location and represented excellent value for money.
Only one thing. We stayed 4 nights and new towels were provided for 3. In my view there is no need to change them so often and it’s not great environmentally.

Great location- close to the sea, buses, taxis, shops +++, bustling squares and restaurants and bars.
We loved it all although thought kitchen might have been bigger. Great fridge though, microwave, toaster and small hob👍🏼

The location is great, right in the middle of Ibiza town and very close to Dalt Vila and the port where you can take the ferry to Formentera. There is a great number of nice restaurants and bar nearby and lots of shops. The views from the balcony and the terrace upstairs are nice. The bedrooms are very clean and the beds (including the sofa-bed) are comfortable. The shower is really nice. The owner is a friendly gentleman and we could leave our bags at the reception our last day.
1. Toilets: we booked a bedroom for 3 people. In reality this was a 1BR with a double bed and then a sofa-bed. The MAIN problem is that the toilets are next to the sofa-bed (which is in the living room) and in addition to that the door of the toilet is TRANSPARENT! which means if someone is inside sh*ting you see and hear everything, pretty disgusting overall. I would only get this room if I was staying with my partner in the main BR and no one sleeping in the sofa bed.
2. Reception: when we arrived we had to call and 2 women showed up at the bar a few minutes later. They both seemed to be a bit clueless about everything in general and they reacted slowly.
3. Cleaning: we stayed 3 nights, no one came any of the days to change towels or to clean in general. Cleaning service seems not to be included.
4. Stairs: to access the rooms there is a very steep staircase, this may not be suitable for elder people. There is no elevator. If you are young this won't be a problem.
5 noise? we came in low season and the property and the street were NOT noisy at all. However, this may be different in the summer/high season when all bars, shops and restaurants are open (including bar Mariano itself in the ground floor).

The location was within Ibiza Town close to all the restaurants.
Be careful on the steps up to and down from the apartment.

Extremely clean and well equipped for the size. Fantastic location. The roof terrace is a hidden gem and I ended up working up there with my laptop.

centrally located in Center Eivissa. Whole historic city in walking distance. apartment was clean and communication with the manager very easy
as it is very centrally located, it was also noisy (street noise people until 3, at 4:30 they start cleaning the streets and bins)

The apartment is very big and super nice
You should know the stair is a bit steep, but it wasn’t an issue for us. I am a bit obsessed about it, but some parts of the apartment could have been cleaned better (e.g dust on the roller shutter, bedsite table, shutter, limescale in the shower)

Attractive building. Great location, and friendly staff. The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything I needed.
I could hear other guests come in late at night or morning and bang the front door and move furniture in their rooms. Not ideal for an early bird or a light sleeper.

Really great apartment in Ibiza port which is very quiet out of season but still just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment has been done really well and looks great with comfortable beds. Highly recommended for out of season stays!
