everything this is the worst Hotel ever it’s old, no maintenance, and disappointing

the food in every restaurant is great

i didnt like they sell u everything, the bottle of water the give u in ur room costs 0.5 dolars each one, the parking of ur car costs as well, the wifi has a cost, they say its to help their foundation but this should be a part of ur all inclusive plan

The food was cold, there were just too many people, it took forever to get our drinks, the place was just extremely noisy, and it felt like we were being rushed.

The facility was nice...

Here we go : First if you want wifi you have to pay 10 dollars a day 👎 Parking is not free Buffets are the not all that great . Same oh everyday. please note if your pretty you get excellent service ....

People are friendly

I dont like having to pay extra for wifi when my family and myself had the all inclusive package. Also the italian restaurant didnt have lasagna when my family and I dinned there. During the December 24 celebration there were many people at the bar without face protection for Covid19 protection.
