Having an apartment next to - part of, even - the hotel was an unexpected bonus meaning that we could have breakfast and dinner there if we wanted.
The provision of umbrellas in the apartment was thoughtful and very necessary given the weather we had.
The double bed in the main bedroom in the apartment was slightly on the hard side for us.

Excellent serviced apartment, the 3 bedroom one was spacious for Spanish standards, very good beds, kitchenware and furnishings. The rates include daily cleaning service with fresh towels and sheets when required. Fernando who runs the hotel next door and manages the serviced appartments was incredibly friendly and helpful. On-site underground parking included. The apartments are located 2 min walk from the local beach, Playa de Barro, which is excellent for families. Very highly recommended.

very close (50m) to beautiful and partly protected beach. Spacious appartment with
large outdoor area.
Sofabed not appropriate for sleeping in - even 7yr old complained so had to put matrass on the ground.

Lovely apartment with excellent furnishing and build quality.Very good location near to many lovely beaches.Fernando and his team were most helpful and welcoming.Apartment cleaned daily to a high standard and very useful bakery delivery in morning.Good parking underground on site.Near to both LLanes and the Picos de Europa mountains.
Though there are many beach restaurants and bars in the area many were only open at weekends.This is probably due to the early time of our visit and did not rreally effect our enjoyment.

Immaculate apartment. Great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Very well equipped, and great to have a daily cleaning service too. Nice breakfasts at the hotel.
The terrace for the ground floor apartment is right next to the path used to reach the apartment door, therefore felt very public!
