The breakfast below standard. Literally nothing to eat . The sheets of the bed were smilly , the toilets were old and dirty, the sofa ere so dirty and most of all the kitchen was so dirty.
We spent one night without wii fii and without electricity, beside the location near the airport which all the sound of planes wake you.
The staff were so unfriendly . Beside there were no one at the reception, you have to keep calling or ringing a bell so someone gets you . We had to move to another hotel next day

Could provide a bit more hot foods for breakfast - like bacon , scrambled eggs , omelet, sausages maybe.
Maybe a curtesy bus transfer once a day to and from the village as its too far to walk.

the only way to be better was if the restaurant was open later in the evening - we did eat there but it was a little early

The one bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable and super clean. All of the staff are helpful and accommodating to ensure for a wonderful stay. Nicole had gone out of her way to have the chef prepared dinner when the kitchen had closed, arranged transportation and even drove us personally when taxi was not available. SUPER customer service!!

Cosy and staff very kind. Very good restaurant.
Very nice for ski practise but if you stay in the appartement day time it is a little noisy because your are under the restaurant and people are using ski boots !!

Hotel Pilatus is the best place to stay in Courchevel if you are looking for a typical mountain experience right on the slopes. The apartments are spacious and cozy, well stocked for cooking and are quiet in the evenings when the restaurant is closed. The restaurant is amazing and delicious too. We had several lunches there, plus breakfast each morning! It is everything you could need to start your day on the slopes. The staff is wonderful and warm and helped with anything you need. Pascal, presumably the owner, is there every morning to greet you with hot coffee and a smile! Thank you for a wonderful stay Pilatus - we will be back!

Location was great, isolated and quiet but with a large bar and amazing restaurant. Easy to ski out, little bit of planning to ski in..
Make sure you set the radiators to something sensible before you go to bed. We assumed it would be cold in the night, radiators were too good and we were all way too hot. Easily sorted
