Da simpática dos funcionários da recepção, mas com ressalvas
Com uma boa estrutura mas falta zelo da,administração.
Quartos defasados, lençóis, fronhas, toalhas encardidos e velhos, colchão defasado, quartos e banheiros sujos com pouco zelo, café da manhã fraco.

Pessoal da governança é um pouco confuso, deixava a placa pra limpar não iam, fiquei no quarto ao lado da governança as vezes era muito barulho de conversa e dos rádios comunicadores alto. O colchão da cama era velho e mole.

O hotel tem uma pegada rústica e o ambiente é acolhedor. Os funcionários são super atenciosos, além disso que café da manhã gostoso.

The gardens and the pool are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my mom and she has some mobility issues and they they made everything to accommodate her needs.
We loved Aruana we will definitely come back.
Just one small thing. The bathroom near the pool don’t have a handle, and my mom got stuck in the bathroom for a couple of minutes, and later on the same thing happened with my niece.
I think they could add some handles in the door to make kids and people with restricted movement more independents. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Room was not as clear as I was expecting.
Mainly due to COVID-19, I think bedspread and decorative bed pillows should have be changed before the new/upcoming guest arrives, but I did not feel confident about that. Floor was not clear enough either.
Bed sheets were clean thought.

Has a good restaurant and attentive staff. Very close to the beach.
Was without WiFi my whole stay of three days. At 10pm on my last night I was offered to change rooms to get a better signal but I didn’t want to pack everything up that late at night to change rooms.

Location and restaurant are the best features.
I was forgotten about when I ordered my drink at the pool bar. I watched people show up after I placed my order and get served first. One of the worst customer service experiences in Brazil thus far.

Choice is limited in Aracaju and this hotel is definitely one of the better ones. It has a great pool and facilities, and staff are very attentive and some even speak English. The hotel took health precautions during this pandemic very seriously, best practice by what we have seen to date.
The hotel is located by the beach but separated from it by a road. None of the rooms seem to have ocean view in spite of the location.

Ok this is a nice little pousada a bit away from Aracaju about 4km from Atalaia beach (car would make it easy) it’s a nice little hotel, rooms were not the best but the staff and facilities were really good, the restaurant on site is really worth a visit, I would say after visiting a few of the main hotels for a look this was the best value and funny enough facilities wise, we only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the pool restaurant and would stay again
Rooms perhaps a bit dated but they were clean so no complaints , it was good value all in all
