The Riad is really nice and the host helped us a lot.

Location is quite difficult to find but the Google maps are showing the right place.

You can see that the riad has been perfect in the past. Everything, from the carpets, to the curtains to the stones of the showers needs a strong cleaning. It lacks maintenance. Covers and sheets stink a little of humidity.

LOVE this is run by two ladies!! Good breakfast (not amazing, but good!), sunny egg + bread + coffee. Very comfortable room & common areas. Nearby dinner (50dh) & parking (15dh) at café bab. There’s a private bar so you could probably order a drink, we didn’t but it’s nice to know. Overall we were very happy, great value, great location.

Directions for parking aren’t in the description. Directions to the place aren’t either. We texted for parking info and found the place ok by wandering toward it. The English speaking host wasn’t there when we arrived but was available by text, that was ok, the other host speaks French & Arabic. Parking was 15 dirham (not 1 euro as listed, not a big deal) with a translator helping then the translator left and attendant wanted more — was confusing, he hit our car, negative experience, we left worried by this.
