This hotel is about 200 m from main pedestrian bridge and entrance to Gregoriana (waterfall) Park. Nice change from Airbnb to have private space. Quality building with terrazzo floors, AC, and private bath. The rooms are in second story of an apartment building. Very comfortable. Nice owners.

Tivoli is such a beautiful place to explore! This b&b is only a short 3 minute walk to the grounds where there’s waterfalls! B&b was a good place to sleep and have a shower the staff were super helpful and accomodating. Train station is also roughly 5 minutes, just around the corner. Makes it so easy to go to Rome for the day and come back.

Great location next to train station. Rome ticket cost 3 EUR and 30 min. Very friendly. Would stay again for sure.

Free street parking close to the hotel, you can also park your car in a paid secure parking if you want. Clean room. There's an air conditioner.

Bed and pillow are hard like stones. You listen ALL the noise from the street : traffic, train. Hot water for the shower goes and comes... Didn't dair to wash my hair. And the humidity!!!

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful town Tivoli. The host is very kind, helpful, we got assistance with finding a parking place, and a discount in the restaurant which he recomended. He also prepared us small breakfast snaks, watter, tea and coffee. The room was awesome, big, clean and well furnitured with a very comfortable bed. Once we come back for sure!
