My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar! We asked a lot of questions Prior to our arrival and were so grateful for all the assistance. The staff shopped for our grocery list (a fee :) and the condo was clean and fresh. We were greeted on arrival and given a quick tour of the facilities. After reading a previous review, we requested the use of bicycles which became one of the best parts of our visit! The staff is so responsive and friendly: extra pillows, water jug replacement, cleaning, help with transportation, restaurant recommendations all exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is well-equipped and the condo very comfortable. We loved the pool and ocean access, the deck overlooking the ocean for morning coffee. Quiet and friendly. You will love this place

Enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right in front of the condo. Especially jumping and diving off the platform. Pool was a great place to hang out. Thankful for the umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs. Unit was clean and well equipped. Views were spectacular. Staff was amazing. Thank you!

View was amazing, location was prime. We hired Chef Antonio for our stay and it was 100% with it! Thank you to the amazing staff!!

A few days later I requested some assistance and staff responded immediately. I was given a bike to use for the duration of my stay. So enjoyable. Coffee on the deck each morning watching cruise ships go by. The pool was cleaned daily. The whirlpool tub overlooks the ocean and you can see to the ocean bottom from the pool. The room (204) was nicely decorated and well appointed to meet my needs. I have already made reservations for next year! I look forward to my next stay at Miramar on Isla Cozumel!

Miramar Condo's is located on North West side of the Cozumel island, and it was right on the ocean. Terrific location! The snorkling right off the property was PHENOMENAL! We spent an hour snorkling right there and climbed right back up the stairs to our condo. Fantastic. Several VERY delicious restaurants near there. Don't forget to check out the Buccanos beach club, it's a 5 star dining food in a relaxed atmosphere! They have terrific massage at the beach too. Only thing we had negative during the stay was there were a lot of ants in the condo. It's pretty usual for carribean islands to have lots of bugs though, so it's to be expected somewhat. Just meant that we had to eat out every meal instead of trying to use the kitchen in condo.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar Condominiums. The condo had ample space, plenty of places to unpack and organize belongings, and a gorgeous view. Matias (Matt) was in communication with us the entire time and extremely accommodating. He set up our shuttle from the airport and scheduled our Covid 19 testing to be done at the condo. It was nice to not have to stress about either of those things. The condo was also well equipped. It is apparent that an experienced traveller has added thoughtful touches not always found in hotel rooms/condos. Some examples: a small cooler to take to the beach, full length mirror, small magnified make up mirror, lots of hangers, extra fan to turn on at night, access to extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies. In addition, there were cold beers and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. We had a great time and would stay there again! There is one thing to be aware of - the walls are thin and everything is concrete. Therefore, noise from other condos can be easily heard. Most of our stay it was not much of an issue. One night however, it sounded like the people above us were having a party. We recognize that some of the people at the condo are permanent residents that live there. It is probably unreasonable to think that they would never have a party in their own home. I don't know that this was the case with the condo above us, but I am going to hope. :)
