The location was really good , and staff all attentive , we had an evening meal and breakfast, both meals really good , however they had ran out of fresh produce ( mushrooms and Tomatoes ) for breakfast

to the room were really steep and head room low , we were told not to open the windows due to river flies , which made the room to warm

Amazing location and great bar / restaurant. Good breakfast and most ingredients from local producers.
The bedroom needed some TLC as they felt completely different to the main bar / restaurant. Mattress soft and lumpy, old pillows, broken extractor in bathroom and no sound proofing (you could hear a conversation in the room next door).

Friendly staff … lovely timber framed extension to bar restaurant. Delicious breakfast and dinner.
The bed…..comfy for one but with two it rolled both of us to the side because it sloped away at edges,!

The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was first class.
The stairs to room were narrow and steep. The mattress was lumpy. No electric point for hairdryer by the mirror.

Lovely inn on the river with super views. Room was a good size, very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Super friendly staff. Excellent food . Weather was very kind to us. What more can you ask for...?
Only minor things . A few of the stairs up to the room are a bit steep though we were fine with them. Would have liked a small fridge in the room to keep the milk and water cool.

Double beds could do with being kingsize. Mattress was a little too soft.

It was so. Nice we couldn't complain. about anything. The venue was. beautiful the room was clean and comfortable with.a picturesque view.of the river, and the.staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent. So was the food and location. I'd go back again but just not to stay!
The shower didn't work and the bed was particularly well used; time to change it in my opinion. The was no shaver socket to charge my tooth brush. Sockets in general were lacking. The carpet felt dirty under (bare) foot.

the location the staff and the food were lovely great - the room was very comfortable with nice extras like the Nespresso machine

We had views of the river wye from our room which was a lovely surprise.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location on the banks of the River Wye was beautiful and perfect for walking and cycling. The staff were really welcoming and friendly they put themselves out to make me feel special and welcome. Food was traditional and from mostly local suppliers so good provenance. The room overlooked the river and was clean and bright with white linen sheets. All the staff were friendly and willing to help really good service.

A beautiful location, lovely views from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and obviously care about their customers. The Inn is over 500 years old, beautifully modernised while keeping its character. Dinner was great and a very good breakfast too.
