Alfombra muy sucia, baños sucios, elevadores en malas condiciones, no tenía toallas la habitación, no me dejaron shampoo ni jabón, teléfono de habitación no funcionaba, iluminación deficiente en habitación

ONLY ONE SAFE place to stay in Nuevo Laredo, maybe there’s other hotels but im not sure about others! And you can see your car parked from your window !
just little not important issues , bed was half surface little bit higher than second half of bed ,lights wasnt half working in shower, in the shower hot water was a right side not a left side, some cleaning issues, in general everything at well level !

breakfast was expensive and of poor quality was only given a quarter roll of toilet paper

AC was not ON as soon as you leave your room you will start to sweat, i was not able to go to the lobby bar because it was so hot, food was kind of expensive

There is restaurant in the hotel. Restaurant is good. Room space is good. Air conditioners in room are good.
Smell, toiletries are bad, pillows are bad, no hot showers, walk in showers are bad with no doors. I didnot like the overall experience at this hotel.

the Property has no ac inside the common areas. the room was like 87 degrees. it was super hot. room has a small ac unit. we got there at 3 pm. it was 8 pm and room was barely cooling down. ac was working properly but it was so hot it took hours to cool down. room was not clean. safe did not work
