The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and big.

They booked a trip for us which was a total RIP off. The place they booked us in el nido was like a prison cell i have been to lots of places in the world . But this was most worse. I will give it 1 out of 10. The place was called Ric gem. Do not go there.

Great location for airport and free shuttle service to and from makes life easier. Easy to get onto the centre by tricycle as well. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable room.

Comfy bed, charming room and plenty of character. Staff were polite and very helpful, assisting us with luggage, booking the underground river tour and also a transfer to El Nido directly from the hotel. Breakfast is a la carte but you can order in advance and pretty quick. Pool was open when we stayed. 24h Convenience shop at the end of the hotel driveway is handy. FYI, food options are either a 5-10min walk or similar tricycle drive to the big mall.

WiFi was a little weak / intermittent from the annex area.

The place is easy and quick to get to from the airport. The pool is really nice and so are the staff. The room is traditional in style but nice.

very very week WiFi connect, old hotel facility is old dated. beds are not comfortable specially for long persons they did not clean the room because they forget and I didn’t ask them to clean food is normal

Location. It was very near the airport plus they had a free airport transfer up to 5pm. 300 per van after 5pm (5people). The rooms were as they were in photos. So as the pool and everything else. It was a very nice hotel.

Payment policy. I usually book via booking.com or agoda to get discounts. But this hotel charges extra 5% for credit card payments and even debit cards! They also have this note in the room why they do so. Understandable, but I think they should take out their listing in booking.com or wherever else they are listed if they want people to book with them directly. It’s very misleading. I wouldn’t have booked this room if I knew that, despite all the positive things. Integrity should be valued above all.

Owner and staff were great. Personal, yet professional. Nice touches to the room. Makes you forget where you are at. A touch of Europe in the Philippines.

I will fill this section, but I think it's unfair. Of course we wanted a full dining experience, however with just days out of COVID lockdowns, there is no way they could have had everything running. I do look forward to returning for a "European" meal.

My wife stayed here. She needed a break from reality and this helped.

The pool was closed

Everything was amazing. The staff were very helpful, we were able to stay after check out and use the facilities like pool, gym and bar. This helped us get some work done before taking of to the airport.

Ants every where, even in the bed. But that is normal i guess haha!
