Coffee machine needs more attention at night

the stuff was great. really nice and tred to help with problems asap.
They did small renovations in the hotel, right next to the rooms until late in the evening. The breakfast was not very rich, and the temperature in the coffee machine was so high that I spilled coffee on me and burned my hand

In the shower you don’t have where to put the shampoo and soap, you have to go off the shower and return, also it smelled weird, the reception smelled like sweat, and the rooms like humidity.

My bathroom didn't have hot water and the key to my room often didn't work i had to go to the staff for help almost every day.

Pricing for the rooms was fair at a decent location.
I didn't like the fact that there was no clean towels on a daily basis and the ice machine did not work. Whoever manages that facility should be fired immediately.

Even though listing states air conditioned rooms the staff told us none of the rooms have air conditioning. There was one bath towel in the double room.

I had an special request due my daughter drinks milk for sleeping and the staff was able to provide it even when it was after hours,
Smelled like someone was smoking inside the room, However, I would not blamed the Hotel but the guest for not following the rules.
