Credit card option for pay at property option is one of the worst options I faced. I wanted to cancel the booking on the check in date but it cost me 6000

Everything was very good. From checkin to checkout. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is also very good. Just 5 mins walking distance from main market.
Should work on cleanliness more.

Breakfast was good
Room number 308 wasn't comfortable. Bad smell inside room. More Blankets needed . Sleeping wasn't comfortable. No bottle drinking water supply by them.

Everything posted here is a lie...the place is nothing like it show case here in booking.com. If you don't want to spoil your holidays please don't go for this shabby place with the most inhuman staff you can think of.

The location is very close to botanical garden and the market. The Stadium view was amazing.
In the bathroom the wash basin was leaking, which could have been repaired.

The restaurant service is not good. What ever you order from the menu they will say it's not available. The restaurant manager's attitude is not very welcoming. The restaurant incharge for breakfast is good

parking space have issue , if we want take our car first in morning then we should wait until the cars move which parked behind us. it will take around 15 - 20 mins
