Delicious breakfasts, homemade baked goods every day. Cleanliness at the highest level. Beautiful countryside. Close to nature. Birds and turtles just a short walk away. Staff very friendly, helpful and were able to make us feel comfortable. Great place for family holidays, walking, sports and sightseeing. A picturesque and charming location. We will be returning here.

The location was a bit more secluded and higher up in the mountain than l expected, wifi and signal worked only in the reception area but everything else was great. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the staff extremely helpful with everything we asked for. Facilities are very good and the view is amazing!

The room was big and comffy, it has fridge and good wifi. The best thing about it, was really nice view and nice looking building.

It has not so good bed and sheets and it was quite difficult to find the place (no names on building)

Great location- in the hills above the sea- quit, very pleasant atmosphere with stunning view. The host Vlado is nice person, ready to help. the room is spacious, with great view. we enjoyed homemade breakfast. Highly recommended for people seeking quite place away from the coast full of "luxiorious" hotels and loud restaurants.

The owners were really nice and friendly. The Personal was really courteous. We arrived in the Evening and they cooked a very big meal for us (on the Grill). Everything was Clean and the View in the morning was nice.

The beds unfortunately were really loud when turning around.

The hosts were very accommodating. The additional cost breakfast was excellent. The sea view was what we had hoped it would be. The facility was rustic, spotless, and very well-appointed. Reminded us of a farmhouse or castle with lots of stone,

The difficulty in finding the entrance to the lodging. We did the drive up to the lodging (no less than 20 mins) in the dark on a fairly steep road with lots of serpentine curves. We only encountered a single sign and very poor lighting at the top level of the multi-level facility. Even when at the lodging front door (arrived at after walking down a dark, very long flight of steps), I was not certain we were at the intended lodging. Only when we realized that we needed to backtrack on the road to what we believed was where the level on which the main entrance was were we able to find the host walking in an effort to find us. Even the walk up the steps from the lower-level parking area was in total dark. With all its good features, this place is not for the feint-of-heart or for those that can't easily navigate many steps in the dark.

the location is wonderful because it’s on the top of a hill inside a small and true village, with a magnificent view and away of the crowd and confusion. We were very well received, even if it was a bit difficult to found the exactly building. Breakfast was really good and home made with local products, just wonderful!

The hotel has its own water supply, you can drink sttaight from the tap. Clean. Quiet. Rustic. Very well decorated.

The staff was very kind and helpful, provided very useful advice. The view from the window and garden was great. If you are planning to stay at that area and have a car you shall consider staying here. By foot it would be hard to reach as you should climb upwards the hill.

Really unique experience. I was looking for a peace and different excitement so it can reflect my new music creations. Kuljace and Paštrovski Konak were just the right place for it. There is clean spring water and people working there will take care of you as they would do for their friends. Amazing terrace for Joga or any training was just a top of a cherry pie

For a short time we could find magical moments of beautiful traditional stone house with marvellous ocean blue shutters. Many wooden ornaments inside were personally made by the owner, talented storyteller and carpenter. Vladan and his beautiful and gentle mum prepared a real feast both in the evening and in the morning. we could feel the spirit of the past and Monte Negro traditional life. Out of hustle and bustle of touristic centre we could find real comfort and enjoyable moments. Highly recommended❤️

We loved the place, the setting in the mountains above the Adriatic Sea, the fresh air, the good food and the warm treatment from Vladan and his mother. Vladan, thank you so much for cooking trout for us! It was heavenly!

Very nice hotel in amazing place . It’s made in authentic style , inside and outside . Rooms were clean and there was bis terrace with beautiful view to the sea . You can have a breakfast there , it’s ok for that price , we found everything what we like . On the reception man speak English , what is unusual for Montenegro))) The road to the hotel is ok, it’s normal mountain serpentine road with asphalt, we drove there on golf. Navigation shoved us right road , so that I don’t understand why previous reviews write that there is bad road . Also a big advantage is that in the yard there leave a family of cute turtles .

Great view on Adriatic sea and breakfast. Staff was just perfect

Super quiet location, all you hear is the swallows and the local cows, donkey's and goats. Traditional building, super cool inside which is good when it is warm outside. Very well renovated and even possibillity to buy home made cheese and wine. We arranged a sunset yoga class through the owner and had breathtaking views from a mountain nearby while practicing a relaxing yoga routine.

It was a bit remote but it suited us very well.

We enjoyed staying at the apart hotel, the view from the balcony was amazing, the apart was clean and the host very nice! We also loved petting the 2 friendly cats which are very well taken care of!

Very silent and nice place, like living in the old castle. But you definitely need to have a car to get this place.

The road to the apartment is very steep and not easy.

The road to the hotel its very bad and too far from the beach to go walking . You need car to travel from hotel. The room don’t have air conditioning and if you stay during the day is very hot.

An authentic house, nice manager and a woman houskeeper. Wonderful view and plants arround. Perfect breakfast with natural foods.

The road to the hotel follows a serpentine road up the entire route from the highway. You have to get used to it.
