Sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer sind sehr klein. In dem Badezimmer kann man kaum die Dusche benutzen, man muss zum Teil über die Toilette steigen.

Best value for money compared to all the available hotels that weekend. Great service from friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to check-in at 12 noon. Clean and well-lit rooms. Very comfortable mattress and bedding.
Limited breakfast choices. The shower didn't drain quickly. The suite is located next to the rooftop terrace which can be accessed by the guests. It was mostly empty when I stayed there but I couldn't leave the curtains open while I slept.

The twin bed at this hotel is the most comfortable twin bed I’ve ever slept on.
The reception desk staff were not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs.

Very friendly, helpful and competent staff - at breakfast, at the reception, as well as the chambermaid.
The breakfast was very good (not as good as prepandemic though) and the choice of time windows was reasonable.
The mattress was totally worn out. Terrible.
The bathroom was tragic - I'm short and relatively athletic but I was still worried that I may hurt myself getting in or out of the shower.
