The communication via booking.com was regarding arrival, transport etc was very good. The young man who collected myself at the airport was super nice, super friendly and so were the staff throughout my stay. I need to specifically acknowledge the venue were exceptional in accommodating an early arrival for me, and my room was already prepared, so a huge thanks to them for this. Hospitality needs to highlighted, the team were exceptional and welcoming.

I feel the attention to detail is missing in some areas. The cleanliness of the room was good, but areas were missed. Upon my arrival, I had a look around the room, an old wrapper in the shower area next to the soaps, cobwebs on the lattice panel above the toilet, and cobwebs on the side wall light above the bed furthest from the door. I did cut my leg on a table in TV room which really needs addressing (see snaps which are all date stamped) The small pool may look clean, but it is not. I was not really given a tour of the Riad which would have been nice, just the downstairs area and my room. Unlike the previous Riad I stayed at, I was given the grand tour, and communication was simplified by using WhatsApp with the host. WIFI - Despite being on the ground, the WIFI was probably one of the worst I have experienced. There's a selection of wifi networks TV - Upload 16.3m, Download 12.3m Douiria - Upload 11.9m, Download 6.4m (this was the main network everyone used) They were all shockingly slow, or losing connection even when I was in the main TV / reception area. Smoking - There is no consideration for the non-smokers staying. Guests congregate in the main downstairs seating area by the tree, much to the annoyance that as I am on the ground floor, the window and door to my room provided no protection against the smoke, and a table was set up for 4 guests to eat, immediately outside my bedroom window, all 4 guests were smoking at the table. So for any asthmatics, this is a no no! I was asked several times if I would return, unfortunately, based on this experience, I am afraid not. My previous stay at another Riad exceed this stay hugely I am afraid.

I highly recommend this riad in Marrakech. Amazing team, close to the main square. The rooms are clean, nice and amazing. Don't look whereelse, book this riad and you will feel love with.

We loved everything about this riad (and we stayed in other riads during our one-week trip): staff was super friendly and helpful, both breakfast and dinner were delicious and served exceptionally. The best moroccan tea we've ever tried! The room was very authentic and beautiful. The location was excellent (in a very quiet street but straight next to the medina and everything else). Rooftop was the best too! I was very appreciative of all the accessories in the bathroom - just beautiful and super authentic.

We didn't get to explore the small pool there as it felt like it would be a wierd thing to do (it's in the courtyard where everyone is sitting and walking around). But we were pretty busy so maybe it was just us and a lack of time. That's a tiny thing that I can remember now and in comparison to other riads but it was super lovely to have it there for the atmosphere!

It is a beautiful property with amazing staff and services

The Manager Saeda and her team could not have been more amazing and accommodating during our stay. Saeda organised activities for us, made delicious breakfasts and the BEST Moroccon tea (aka Moroccon whiskey / wine) everyday. We had originally booked an 8 night stay at the Savoy but were totally underwhelmed and so looked for a riad in the medina. We could not have been more fortunate, finding Riad Oasissime has made our trip to Marrakech and the celebration of our anniversary absolutely perfect. And a very special thank you to Saeda, she is simply wonderful.

The personal attention to detail and always making sure myself and daughter were comfortable. Enough of space to be alone and also helpful with suggestions. The staff who assisted were professional. I meet the owner also.

There was honestly nothing not to like.

Such a lovely Riad in the middle of the Medina with friendly and attentive Riad-Team. MERCI to Saida and Team for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

The Douria may need a proper closing door to cancel some of the noise. The door only lays on top of the wall which leaves slots left, right and above. You could hear everything outside, which is actually fine when you have guest that are mindful of other guests, but when there are noisy guests it gets really loud.

The Staff Breakfast

From the moment we booked any questions I had the hotel would respond ASAP. Staff are amazing Saida, Ibrahim, Amal and Muhammed all make you feel at home. They go above and beyond in everything. Location is superb, food is superb in quality and quantity all fresh home made and so much. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in all the years I've been visiting Morocco. Rooms are cleaned daily. Showers are super hot and fast. The terrace space is perfect for. Sunbathing and dining out. I love how quiet it is so you can get a good night's sleep.

The riad is very well decorated with beautiful details that show Morocco’s rich culture. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made sure that we felt at home. Saida makes the best food and runs the hotel very professionally. The rest of the staff Mustafa and Mohammed were very friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Riad is in the heart of the old town Marrakesh and walking distance to all the markets in the city. Even though it’s very close to the bustling markets of Marrakech, it’s in a quite side street where you can relax after an eventful day in town. Highly recommend for an authentic and cozy yet classy way to immerse yourself in Marrakesh’s unique and beautiful culture.
