Lovely hotel with great access to pools and nearby beach. The food served at the restaurant was good enough that we didn't need to go anywhere else for all meals. We didn't do much other than sit by pool! The complimentary drinks were fantastic
It would have ben nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room.
Some issues with drain smell in room.
The sofa bed for child was not quite comfortable.

Definitely recommend for families with kids
With 2 kids, the hotel had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Adequate Baby cot was provided by the hotel so we didn't need to bring our own travel cot.
The all inclusive food every day was superb with plenty of options.
Kids pool and kids club were great and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was spot on. The location is superb, in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood where there is no late night noise and early morning is extremely peaceful for a walk.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and kids club staff were also great. Plenty of activities for children to do. The adult water slides were great especially the yellow one.
Also there are Multiple sandy beaches within 5mins walk of the hotel
24/7 snack bar is also available, providing basic food and snacks at all times when main buffet restaurant is not open

It was good value for money with the All Inclusive. That includes cocktails and food in the snack bar (cold cuts, pastries, hot dogs, burgers etc.)
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The reception area, buffet area and general hallways are spotless and regularly cleaned.
The pool bar doesn’t offer much, just alcohol for the most part, and I expected more.
The 3 themed restaurants only opened 1/2 days a week and only the Asian restaurant was open when we were there. We didn’t go as it was a very limited menu. These restaurants are not in in the All Inclusive.
The area is quite rural and very quite. If you are happy to stay in the hotel only, it suits.
