I asked for an iron, but was told that they don't provide one and I need to pay laundry service to ironing my clothes

The hotel is clean and is near to cafes and restaurants. The staff are welcoming and professional.
The room I had was very small. I could barely move around. The bed was twin bed (split) which is not comfortable.

No USB adapters in the room, no coffee & tea in room although written online, and mini fridge was empty.

There were no flushing tube in the toilet which is weired to me doe nowadays.
The parking lot is very small and hardly was able to find a parking.
