The location was excellent for accessing the town of Olbia, the train and many buses. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a common dining and kitchen area and a small patio.
The property owner did not meet us in person and it was difficult to communicate in English via text. This meant that we didn't receive information about the property's facilities so we were not sure whether we could use the kitchen or dining area (which had tables set for meals) and other items at the property (such as a beach umbrella, which would have been invaluable) or consume the fruit or biscuits left out. Given the faceless and limited hospitality, when we moved a little ornament that had blown off a window ledge to keep it safe and the owner asked us its whereabouts, it felt almost as if we were being accused of stealing it. Had we met in person and had better communication, the interaction over this matter might have felt different.

The ebo guesthouse is in a great location,ideal for the shops and restaurants. The port and harbour side are minutes away and are a lovely place for a stroll.
There wasn't really anything to dislike.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. Really cute breakfast set up and balcony. The host also had great communication and made sure everything was perfect.

Great location close to main streets & waterfront with some good restaurants nearby, clean & roomy accommodation with comfy bed & self service breakfast. Host & staff really helpful & friendly, would definitely recommend all at a great price too.
Rooms are located up several flights of stairs, this was a little tricky with a heavy cases, no problem if you have light cases.

A wonderful hostess met us at this mini-hotel in the center of Olbia. Our room was as expected, spacious and clean. Breakfast included sweet treats, coffee, juice, water, yoghurts. The atmosphere is almost homey. The location is perfect - near the sea promenade, the streets of the old town, a bus stop, from where you can get to Pitulongu beach in 20 minutes, and 10 minutes to the airport.

It's very clean! Everyday there is cleaning and everything is nicely stylised. Location is also great, as you can get to the city center in 2 min walking.
Breakfast was a bit boring. A bit of cheese or ham for on the bread would have been nice.
Parking is horrible, especially in the evening when the locals park to have dinner in city center.

The location is excellent. It is very convenient for people who travel without car like us. Because the bus station is just 3 mins away by foot. The room is clean. The balcony and coffee area is nice.
The breakfast was a bit different from what we expected. It was just simple and basic foods like cereal and cakes. It was not like a proper breakfast for travelers. The knifes and forks were just enough for two people but the flat shares 3 rooms. The internet was slow sometimes.

Everything was clean, we had our own bathroom and we could see the sea from the balcony. everything we could need was provided and the bed was very comfortable. the city center was reachable within a couple minutes. it's the perfect place for a stay in the city
since it was Easter we could park on a store parking space. otherwise we would have to park on the street which was very full. maybe also because of Easter. that was just a really minor inconvenience though

Well located, modern, and complete B&B. The room is very nice and it has everything you could need. Breakfast is simple, but enough to start the day. Also, the host was nice enough to help us with an issue we had with some bus tickets.
Maybe it would be good to add ham and cheese for breakfast.

Location was good, balcony in common area with sitting arangments and smak private balcony, big bed. Breakdance was prepacked so no jak, cheese or vegetables, but mostly prepacked sweets, hot drinks
Private bathroom was actually on the hall, so no private entrance (however only for our room, key locked). The lady changed sheets when we arrived, so not sure if the bathroom and room was properly Cleaned or just the linens and towels were changed. The walls are very slim, we could hear our neughtbours.

I have stayed in many 5star hotels, evaluated less than 10.
One thing here is that the owner has good taste for everything, a rare thing.
She is welcoming, allowing space at the same time. The decoration is distinguished, but not over. Beds are very comfortable. And she is generous concerning breakfast, very. Everything is well chosen by someone with a good taste.
That’s why it is a 10 and highly recommended.

Room is pretty large and clean.
Too small shower. Shared bathroom for 3 rooms, it means for 6 people. In reservation was that there is external bathroom but for private. Breakfast is only cookies and some sweet in plastic.
