I always stay in this hotel when visiting Pattaya. It is in a quiet location but easy to reach the nightlife with the baht buses which run every couple of minutes and charge a fixed price 10 baht [about 24p] to anywhere in town. There are many restaurants within a ten minute walking distance some of which have live bands. There is also a quiet beach about 30 mins away

This Hotel has had its "Hay" day..probably was one of the original big hotels back in the 80's but now its dated...
It needs a revamp to bring it in line with the newer modern hotels.

pillows were old and sad lumpy

This hotel is in a great location, and very good value for money. This was our fifth stay and still enjoyed it. It’s in a quieter area, but only 5 mins walk to main areas. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. If you re thinking of Pattaya it’s well worth a look if you re on a budget.

This is a lovely budget hotel. I stayed there over 20 years ago and came back because I liked it for the money. The hotel is situated just off of the main road in a quiet location and within a 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There were no breakfasts available at the hotel owing to Covid but that was no problem. We found one bar that did breakfasts nearby for £5 for a traditional full breakfast including juice and tea/coffee. The hotel is situated 15mins from Terminal 21 and the baht buses that do a circular trip around Pattaya for 10bht a trip and run approximately every 2 mins.
There is nothing they can do better. They really looked after me and liked a laugh and joke

On one occasion we lost the water supply for a few hours , but thats pretty normal in thailand so its no big concern, its just a great value for money hotel that i will defo use again soon

the pool was phenomenal, great location.
The beds were much Too hard! It was difficult to relax! My first room had an old tube TV and poor toilet facilities. After I complained, the staff was gracious and moved me to more modern facilities and tv. the mattress was still rock hard!

Main building and rooms are clean, comfy beds, quiet location
Whole property looks tired and needs some urgent TLC. Pool is dangerous due to broken tiles, everyone got cut that went in the pools. Needs and urgent and total renovation

Big swimming pool. Suite is a good size for family vacation with two balconies. Great location in walking distance to Terminal21 for a quick/cheap bite to eat and Beach front. Helpful Staff. :)
If you stayed here previously for the breakfast buffet, you might be disappointed because it‘s not happening at the moment. Otherwise, all was well and clean.

The stuff (especially the young man) was trying his best to help. But seems like the facilities are really bad in all the rooms. So just don't go there.
The facilities are horrible. There insects inside, the water went red from time to time, you can see the spots and scratches everywhere. The ac is old and blows right into your head (as the bed positioned). I had to ask to change the teapot as I was afraid to boil anything in the original one. Ew.
