Very convenient location! Nice little house and with our own entrance. Friendly host.
The beds might’ve been a bit comfier and given that the house is next to the main street, it can get loud with all the cars passing. The room is on the small side, but OK for a brief stay like ours.

It is big house with many of rooms with separate entrances. Our room (for two) is kind a simple, but equiped with most necessary stuff. There is a TV (haven't used), small fridge, very small kettle, two cups, two little spoons and one big plate (yes one, not more :D). Good shower presure and hot water. A best thing from a gadget is a electrical heater - which is superb advantage, on this time, when is still cold outside, and not very warm in the room! We used it for both days stayed and I guess only this leaded us to a comfy sleep at night. Bed is hard, but comfy enough. For two person, for couple of nights - is very good value option! Location is not central, but it's ~10 min to a central street and ~15 min to a beach. It's nice that there is a lot of parking space, also they have big yard and grill equipment - so you can spent your time grilling your dinner with friends. There is a railway (only for passenger not cargo) just right near the house, but it's not very noisy and annoying.
There really should be more kitchen tools - some forks, knifes, plates, bowls! Even more cups and a bigger kettle, kutting board. Also - there is option of grill - but looks that not enough chairs and tables in common area (yard outside) for chill&grill for different companies, since there is many of rooms in the house. But you can bring your own chairs and table, since there is plenty of place outside :)

The apartment is clean. The communication between the host is also perfect.
The apartment is right next to the main Jurmala street. You can hear cars all the time, from 6AM till 11PM. There was no AC, so we has to keep the windows open.

Easy to find. easy check in. nice and friendly staff. yes it's a budget hotel but you have everything you need. batheroom renovated. everything is clean. there is BBQ area, backyard - very nice to take a breakfast or just relax a moment outdoor with your cup of tea. I liked it. If I can go back, I ll definitely book in this hotel again.

The card payments is not accessible, have to go to other hotel to pay for a stay. The building requires a renovation as soon as possible

The location is perfect. Really liked that the rooms were excellent in term of cleanness. Both the towels and linen were very very clean and all in all the room is very tidy and exceeded my expectations (looks even better than on pictures) and is nice. Fridge, hairdryer, good toiletries - everything was available. Great possibility to enjoy the morning coffee in the garden equipped with the tables, chairs and barbecue appliances.
Special thanks to really nice and helpful administration lady which kindly helps to find the way to the location, and answers any question even before the arrival, provides all that's needed, which makes the stay even more comfortable.
For me bad was less comfy than expected (not quite even). Might be mine experience as I was tired from long walks along the beach. For others might be fine still.

We loved the architecture of the building, and its balcony.
Its quite noisy because of the main street. Cars passing by can be heard loud and clear. However, a wonderful location considering the overall geography of the city.
