Modern design of the building. Location in a mainly residential area, within easy walking distance of the town and supermarkets. Good parking on site Apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything we could possibly want. Alex the host who was friendly, helpful.and always available.

Alex is a fantastic host and great personality. He shared very useful information before arrival. He organized the cab from the airport to the residence and found him patiently waiting for us. Very detailed and clear during the hand over of the residence. The residence was fantastic, clean, practical and very comfortable. Fantastic location very convenient with restaurants, shops, bus stop, beautiful sites and beach all close by.

The mattresses

The apatment is located in a quiet street, a 15 minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes from Larnaca Castle and center of town. A largen supermarket is 10 minutes from the apartment. It is fully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything one can think of ! Alex, the owner gave us full information a day before our arrival, took care of a taxi from and to the airport and waited for us to give us the keys and lead us into the apartment. The swimming pool on the roof is a real treat ! We could swim and sit on the roof terrace with no interruption. Furthermore, it took Alex 15 minutes to replace an electric kettle which didn't work. I warmly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to feel at home, away from home !

Washing powder for the washing machine would be nice to have.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The living area felt spacious with a very large balcony that gets the afternoon sun. Roof terrace with pool was lovely with amazing views. Alex's recommendations for places to eat etc were brilliant. He was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way for us. The location was perfect for us just out of town but only 10 mins to beach.

We travelled with a 1 year old and had to block off the stairs for her, and there was a gap in the balcony.

The owner was really kind, overall the apartment was comfortable and suited our needs for a short term stay in Larnaca.

The wifi was not working properly, the calling in one of the rooms was wet and it seemed like it was gonna fall any minute now. We also had difficulties with hot water, didn’t always work as it should.

Alex -best apartment owner, i've ever meet. Attentive, empathetic, organized. Alex did the impossible. He organized products for us. Took into account all our requests. And he didn't take the money for it. Thank you. I wish happiness and health to your family, to your little son.

Unfortunately not everything was good in the apartment. Dirty toilets. The smell is not pleasant. We lived in 102 apartments. The mattress is old. On the mattress put on top of part of the foam. Sleeping is uncomfortable.

Alex is an excellent host, we could contact him anytime with all our questions. He already sent a lot of information up front as well. The apartment is very nice, with a big terrace as well. Excellent shower. Perhaps not the most modern but can't compare with other Cypriot apartments. Good airco as well, both upstairs and downstairs

Few things could be renewed

Great value for money, great location and awesome recommendations for food and eateries close by. The beds were extremely comfortable too! Overall a perfect stay.

The flat is big enough for 4, nicely located about 10 min walk away from the center and the beach. It's a nice modern building with really enjoyable pool on the roof. The two bedrooms are spacious. I liked the pillows, there were lots of them. The air conditioners were a bit noisy, but doing their job. The owner is very friendly, priveded lots of useful information and recommendations about restaurants, places to visit, etc. Even made some bookings for us. I would recommend this place!

There was no shower gel. A coffee machine would be a good asset.

This is just nit picking. But please change the keyring on the keys. I hurt myself so may times as the little wires are all frayed. They stick into your fingers like needles.

Alex welcomed us on the day of arrival with warmth, explained to us all the measures of the apartment. The apartment was very clean, disinfected and cozy. The pool on the roof was clean, the rooms were tidy and welcoming. Everything was over our expectations. Will definitely visit on my next trip and I definitely recommend it.

Just excellent. I can easily put 11 out of 10 points) Duplex apartment, clean, spacious and sunny. Located almost in the heart of Larnaca, close to the Finikoudes beach, ancient Kition and Panagia Chrisopolitissa. The apartments have absolutely everything you need for a short or long stay. Located on a quiet small street in the LOFT building. On the first floor there is a living room and a kitchen and two bedrooms on the second floor, which you can get by a pretty (but rather narrow) spiral staircase. The apartments have large open balcony, you can easily accommodate a company of 3-5 people with a bottle of Commandoria. I would like to say separately about the owner of the apartment, Alex is one of the most kind and charming people which I have seen in my life. Always in touch, always ready to help, give recommendations and useful advice. Always smiling and optimistic. It was a real pleasure to meet him and his family. The building is stylish and conveniently designed, on the roof there is a nice swimming pool with sun loungers. Magnificent circular view of Larnaca and great sunsets are a nice bonus to your vacation. Notes for Cyprus food fans - if you like souvlaki and gyros, be sure to go to the two establishments that are nearby - Souvlakia Lakis Larnaca (Kyriakou Matsi) and Gyros (Ioannou Gladstonos 19). Inexpensive, fast and very tasty and authentic. Cyprus is a great place for new experiences, and Alex's apartments are probably one of the best places in Cyprus.

Alex was so helpful and always responsive for whatever question we might have. He organized our trip from the airport to the residence with a taxi, he provided detailed information related to restaurants and places to visits - he was like a guide :-). The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped - I appreciated the new fry pan, new sponge, bottle of fresh water (at the arrival)- little things that make a difference. We had AC in every room. The pool on the roof was clean, we could use it with no hour restriction. The beach is 10 minutes walk. If we come back to Larnaca, we will surely make the same choice - Alex residence !

Alex was a great help, showing us around the property and also providing lots of information. It’s great having the ability to cook and relax. There was lots of crockery and cooking utensils... the location was also great as you are residential but it’s easy to get to the beach and supermarket

Nothing major but trying to get round one of the beds was a challenge.. it was also a little chilly in an evening but we did go out of season so it was expected

The host was so friendly and very helpful. Alex has provided us with lots of information and help. He was beyond his duties. He has organized us a taxi to and from airport as well.
