I love traveling in India. I felt I was in India in this neighborhood with the speech and dress of the clientele .
The colors and smells, the food, it is like India in Kenya.
Very nice, hospitable staff.
Jared, front desk, bends over backwards to accomidate you.
I enjoyed all the small restaurants in the open courtyard area.

Jared (who is managing the place) was great and was always available to help with anything concerning not only your stay at the hotel but your stay in Kenya in general.
There was nothing to dislike, it was a really pleasant stay.

The treatment of the receptionist is wonderful, the place is very quiet and safe

I liked the location
I didn’t get good customer care.
My door got an issue and it started beeping endlessly.
I asked for a room change as i could not sleep in that kind of noise but no help was availed

The price on the site is not recognized by your staff I had to pay with the current exchange rate which they charged me higher.... Site showed me 4800 I was forced to pay 5300 almost....

The breakfast was hopeless , it was not really a breakfast it was a snack.
The room was dirty.
There was no fan nor ac.
They show good pictures but in reality the hotel is uncomfortable and dirty
