Hatalmas, szép, kényelmes apartman nagyon jó helyen, privát parkolóval. Alatta nagy bolt, szemben pékség. Minden van a közelben, ezzel együtt nagyon forgalmas, hangos az utca, bár az ablakok elég jól szigetelnek.

Everything was perfect, the host very nice, spacious apartment, very clean, very good beds, spacious bathroom, everything fully equipped, super comfortable! perfect location, perfect parking place. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and a very nice apartment. The owner was very helpful and gave great local recommendations.

Good parking just in front of the apartment - very convenient for travellers with lots of luggage.
The hosts are approachable and professional. Nice and comfortable, spacious enough for a couple, exceptional bed.
Excellent location.
For those who don`t have a sound sleep, the noise very early in the morning might be a problem. It comes from delivery trucks since the grocery store storage is just under the balcony.

Itt was perfect. The appartman is nice, and just a few stairs to a beautyful beach, and it is in the heart of the city.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights with our three children. The apartment was not positioned on the main street which was an extra plus, there was no noise and we slept like babies.
The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are very spatious. There is a small kitchen but well equipped with everything one might need. The bathrooms are warm, big with great shower.
Everything was clean and cosy.
The host and his wife are very polite and proffessional people, we had a really great vacation.

Very comfortable and modern apartment. Fabulous - best bed ever. The location is in the very center of Opatija and that's just what we searched for. Free parking in front of the apartment is a very important selling point.

This property is well designed and tastefully furnished. Its location is a short walk from access to Opatija's lungomare and to the central area of the town. There is on-site parking at no charge. The owner was responsive and helpful. There is a grocery store below the apartment, and the lovely indoor city market right next door. The property has three outdoor balconies.
A welcome manual would have been helpful, with instructions about the property and suggestions for restaurants, etc. The kitchen is reasonably functional but lacked such items as kitchen towels and oven mitts. Some of the cookware was unusable on the induction stove.

Modern, comfortable, spacious apartment. Bed was super comfy. Location was perfect. Host was helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was great. Highly recommended.
Loading dock below the apartment. It was a bit noisy in early morning hours.

No breakfast was included, but there was a nice cafetaria just across the street and a supermarket in the same building as the property. The Location was great and Nikolas was a wonderful host! I would highly recommend the place.
