Host - David is friendly, he helped navigating the near neighborhood, supermarket and transportation etc. The hostel is cl to the beach, around 300 meters. Room was clean, cutlery was in place. Wifi was stable. The garden and lawn was great. Overall a great place to stay.

The host was simply amazing! The place was also lovely, clean and had everything we need.

This appartment is very big and comfortable. The owner David takes good care of the appartment and garden. This is cosy quiet beautifull oasis in the midst of concrete jungle. Everything is close, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We had amazing time here and really rested.

Excellent location, (50m from stores and pubs, 100m from the sea, Marshrutky passing the main street all the time); amazing apartments and their calm and fresh atmosphere; great, always helpful owner.

The only slightly uncomfortable thing was the bed, no idea how it is in the other rooms - my companions had no issues.

I traveled with my brother in August. I rarely give a 10/10 but this deserves it! David was nice to wait at the train station and give us a ride to his place. The place is in Makhinjauri, between Batumi city proper and the Botanical Garden. The beach is less than five minutes away on foot. We loved the inexpensive freshly baked bread in a nearby bakery. There are restaurants and a grocery too. The place is great for relaxation. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
