Staying in this trullo was a once in a lifetime experience. As explained to us, it is very traditional of the Ostuni region. Although it's not located in town, it is very conveniently located in the center of Valle d'Itria (in between Ostuni and Ceglie - about 10-15 minutes from each). It is only 45 minutes from Alberobello and about 30 minutes from Locorotondo. It is also about 30 minutes away from the nearest beach and about 1 hour from Polignano a Mare (which we highly recommend). There are a ton of nearby Masserias to explore and check out for dinner. It was very hot during our stay, but the design of trullo kept it remarkably cool. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was sufficient for four people, but you might have to be strategic with your use of hot water. Out of the four nights, we stayed at the property for half. the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use and there was also a great area to eat/relax/hang out in the backyard. The hosts were so pleasant, helpful, informative, responsive, and great overall. Stay here if you get a chance! It was a great change of pace from staying in town centers.

The location was exactly what we expected and perfect for what we were looking for, but know that it will take about 15 minutes to get to the nearest town. It is not hard to access the property, but expect a narrow, one-way road. It's in the countryside so don't be surprised by bugs.
