Perfect place, access to the beach, view over it was just outstanding! Joe was very Nice and welcoming.

Bathroom didn't meet our expectations.

The location is good right at the beach.did not like the presentation of the breakfast, the thermos with the hot water look dirty, the tray look dirty.the owner looking all sweaty and dirty serving.he need to get good help.

The kitchenette need a microwave and a percolator or electric kettle.the balcony 1 or 2 little side table to rest food or drink. Need some one to do a proper breakfast.

amazing location and so nice to fall asleep/wake up to the sound of crashing waves. the breakfast was wonderful too!

Location, location

The location was great it's right in the center of Boston Beach and Boston Jerk center however the owner can spend some money and upgrade his facilities, he doesn't have staff on site he does every thing himself, overall the location is great 👍 I would go back because of location.

Boston Beach Guesthouse was a great place to stay. It has a sign so it is easy to find from the road, literally the driveway right before Boston Bay Beach Park. We had a private room with its own bathroom. The wifi worked great on the ground floor. You can see a view of the ocean from the balcony. A delicious home made breakfast was provided each morning. There is parking on site and access using stairs down to the white sandy beach. The beach is good for swimming, snorkeling, and occasionally surfing.

If you are not physically fit the stairs to the beach may be difficult. The road from Montego Bay to Boston Bay has been under construction so maybe upgrade your rental car to a SUV.

It was my birthday and the owner treated me so kindly. Gave me suggestions of places in the area. Breakfast is included so the following morning when I got up to go to the beach for an early morning swim, upon opening my door, the table on the veranda was set with items for tea and coffee. I'm talking at 7am! It was already set up! It was a pleasure staying here and as long as there's vacancies I will be coming back.

The proprietor of the property The 1st day He was all smiles then the rest of the days His face was not pleasing And it made us uncomfortable we spent 6 days And had we not paid the owner of the property already we would have left but we spend our money so we finished our time The tap water was salt water from the beach .. We were on the 2nd floor so having a shower Was useless because no water would be coming to the pipe only drip by drip Not to mention the Wi-Fi we were there for 6 days and 3 of the 6 days we had no Wi-Fi.. But we made the best of it and left in peace The lady That made breakfast for us Was a nice person

I loved that the owner had access to the Boston beach 🏖 It was walking distance to Boston jerk.

The location next to the beach is why we stayed. Easy access to the best jerk center in Jamaica always a plus. Joe is a great host and will stay again.

For what I expected I do not have any regrets.

Breakfast was satisfactory although there could have been a little more variety e.g.. instead of it always being bread there could be fried dumplings. The location is great. It's close to the main and there is direct access to the beach.

When I arrived the furniture was a little dusty.

Breakfast was amazing. Joe was truly accommodating

Breakfast was great! Mr. Wilson had it ready for us at 8:30 after an early morning swim at the beach.

Water went away during the night which was inconvenient.

Accommodation was not was expected nothing as shown on the internet. We were in shock when we arrived. Room needed paint bed sheets were deplorable beds uncomfortable lounge furniture needs to be updated I could go on and on. As we arrived and was shown our accommodation money was requested immediately really low class accommodation for a couple dollars more could have been much more comfortable. Although we were overlooking the beach it was no good for swimming the ad said beside winnifred beach we had to drive there very dissatisfied. We left immediately Monday morning after breakfast.
