Situation géographique satisfaisante, au cœur de la ville.
L’hôtesse d’accueil nous raconte que Zerupe signifie « sous le ciel » en basque. Ok mais
vous vous retrouvez dans une chambre avec deux vitres à plus de 3 mètres de haut par lesquelles vous n’apercevez pas du tout le ciel. Impossibilité aussi de les ouvrir pour aérer ou profiter de la brise marine de la très belle plage toute proche

Wonderful hosts, very warm, welcoming and helpful. We received great tips about visiting the Basque Country, the country, language and also about great places to eat. Excellent restaurant / pintxos bar next door. Walking distance to the beach and near to the city centre. Nice breakfast available on demand. There was no self-parking garage, but the valet service was very prompt.
Room had no windows, but architecture / layout was interesting and AC working well. Both Wifi and mobile networks were not working for the entire stay (1 week), but it seems to have been connectivity issues in the whole city so most likely not hotel's fault.

This hotel is very well located relative to the beach and the restaurants in the old town. The staff were very friendly the breakfast was excellent.
We thought it was expensive relative to other accommodation in the area.

11 rooms all on the street level: perfect. Creative use of space and light. Right in the center of the town, close to the ocean and beach. Absolutely fabulous.

This hotel is in a fantastic location between the beach and the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've lived and traveled in Spain nearly 4 years and this may have been the best customer service I've ever had.

A bit more difficult to access by car, but the hotel staff is doing their best to help with this street limitation.

Everything!! The staff in this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay in the hotel. We arrived on bicycles, before midday, tired and expecting just to leave bags. We were offered water, a place to store the bikes, information to repair a bike issue and they provided a room before check-in time. The rooms are very big, brand new, very modern, super comfortable, location is ideal....I could go on. The best stay of our 2 week trip!

The staff was amazing! The manager got us reservations on a busy Saturday night on the day of at a popular restaurant. Then he helped us with organizing a luggage transfer, even when we overslept (good sign of the comfort of the beds). Provided great information and history on the areas. Fun times!
