Breakfast food was always cold

The location is great. Near Bela Shoping and very clean area.
Noise from modification work during my stay.

It was very close to the shops.
The property is very overpriced, Wifi was down 2 days, Tv channels all in Portuguese, Dinner was so bad menu is also not help full. There was no Warm water at all even tho I asked they said yes they know about the problem but can't do anything.

1. The staff were very friendly. One young man on duty morning of 8 Dec went out of his way to look for a taxi for us. Exceptional service

1. The invoices need to be prioritized. We have still not received them as promised to be emailed to us. We need them for work record purposes. Maybe staff should be given option to print on request.
2. The rooms need to be aired a little bit more.
3. The breakfast needs more beef variety e.g. beef sausages. We don't take pork and relied on eggs.
4. The taps in the bathroom need attention. Hand shower only working and hot water took forever to come out. Lucky it was hot weather

There was a very strong smell in the corridor, space before entering the room.

I did not like that the meals were brought to the room - would have preferred to going down to a dining room of sorts to have the meals.

Excellent location. Upmarket shopping centre across the street, The hotel is clean, neat and tidy. It is easily accessible and the staff is very friendly.
There was a hot water problem which was fixed during the second day of my stay.
