fantastic property! individual pools were the perfect secluded but still communal way to do things. really clean, really comfortable, really beautiful, really quiet. not totally isolated you were still in a town by the sea which was really nice.

some of the rules were confusing. can drink unlimited cocktails in our room included in price but can’t have more than 2 bottles of water a day. 1 plug socket indoors downstairs which had the fridge plugged in. had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle. easily solved with a 4 way adapter. however there were 3 plug sockets outside which seems a really odd choice.

There was nothing we did not like. The customer service was exceptional, in particular the bar staff and the customer care representative: Irena. The whole venue is luxurious and we had an amazing time.

Staff by the pool only paid attention to certain people and ignored us. I have allergies and I told the hotel at the staff and they did nothing in response, I had booked breakfast everyday but couldn’t eat anything at all at the buffet and there was no option to make me anything fresh without allergens so it ended up being a waste of money. the restaurant was ridiculously slow, had to wait an hour for the food everyday even when there was only 3 couples in the restaurant. and again staff just ignored us when food was late. gym could’ve been better was in a really weird location and a bit cramped, equipment not the best.

I actually loved this hotel and would proudly return. I found it searching online and didn't know much going in. I wasn't sure what it would be like, but it ended up being fantastic. Firstly, the service was magnificent. The food was sensational, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were fantastic. The location was wonderful and I would proudly stay there in the future. We also tried the spa and the quality of the massage was excellent and well-priced. I am not one to write reviews, but I would proudly recommend the hotel and will return there on our next trip.

I loved this hotel and the customer service and hospitality was out of this world!! They got us from the airport, greeted us at the door, gave us a wayyy early check in a, and took care of every need. The rooms are beautiful. All of the public areas are also breathtaking.

I was expecting nothing less I spend few days the first year it had opened and once I had the opportunity this year I had given another visit I was more than satisfied with the whole concept the service the staff the high standards of the food the beautiful room. One of the best hotels I stayed with my soulmate. Amazing food and the staff was super friendly. The spa was absolutely gorgeous well designed and the massage was one of a kind. Special thanks to Christos and Georgia and Chrisa definitely I will come back soon.

This hotel gives you a very intimate and personal feeling because of the incredible design and thought that goes into every detail - from the amenities in the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. A true experience for all your senses. Chrisa and all the staff - from the receptionist to the cleaners - are very warm and welcoming, and it feels like you have been coming here for years just after one day.

This is by far the best adult only hotel we have stayed at! The hotel is stunning and the rooms are beautifully designed and cosy making it feel like home. The staff are exceptional and friendly going above and beyond for guests. The best part i must say is the all inclusive buffet. The food was amazing quality and every night was a different theme, we got to try something different every day and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything from start to finish of our stay was amazing and we truly felt well looked after, this place is everything and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything and everyone is lovely here. The staff made sure that my stay was up to satisfaction. Very polite staff and neat and tidy rooms and areas. The yoga session in the morning was lovely ass well. Was a good way to start the morning. The yoga instructor is a lovely lady as well. I love the modern look here and my room with private swimming pool was marvelous! My massage treatment was very good too. Compared to stella island here is more quiet and smaller and the beach is just on the opposite which I liked a lot. I strongly recommend this to everyone who comes here. I will definitely come back here. Thank you for your assistance and services :).

Only negative point that I have is that on the day of my check out my early breakfast was not taking care of. This resulted in me not getting my breakfast before leaving. That was disappointing, because I had to leave at 8AM. Eventually I got told that my name wasn’t even noted on the list for the early breakfast.

We booked this last minute as our flight was delayed overnight when Heraklion airport clised during a storm. The staff were friendly and cheerful despite dealing with a large influx of last minute guests arriving. Rooms were adequate and buffet dinner and breakfast (no a la carte available as the outside spaces all had to be closed) are OK. Certainly plenty of choice provided. The hotel is just across the road from the beach, so very conveniently located for a swim in tbe sea.

Overall the stay was good, although there are some things i would've improve: A bit over-priced. Small technical issues with the room: The jets in the private pool didnt work. The filtering system of the private pool wasn't working properly. The door to the room was hard to close and open, we had to use force every time. There was a problem with the bathtub's cap. The lighting in the room is a bit wierd, a lot of small independent lights and the room still felt dark Some days the food was a bit cold. The all inclusive only includes 3 meals and drinks until 11pm. There isn't a food bar for the all inclusive. The pool serving takes time. The beach was disappointing, it was very small, dull and dirty. The area of the hotel is far from the center, there is nothing to do around the hotel besides going to a supermarket or a restaurant. But again, these are small insignificant things, the place is lovely and i would recommend it.
