PERFECT STAY FOR BUSINESS
Room was comfy with big king size bed, spaceful room, clean and nice.
Breakfast was good taste, various option. We love traditional food and jamu.
Swimming pool enough and nice. Hotel provide SPA and traditional treatment for relaxing.
Staffs are nice, attentives, full of smiles, very helpful.
Some things need improvement such as they need to maintain the bathroom cleanness, we can see yellowing marks, not bad but it should be better and also their smart TV’s some channel are not clear.
Overall we definitely would recommend this hotel, a must stay hotel in Bandung especially East area.

During checkout they kept adding charges to our bill. They made up things to get more money from foreigners.

Spacious room, excellent mattress, clean bed room and toilet, mineral waters and coffee maker are all there.
sheets for bed and pillows look old and not fresh. Noisy sound from outside through the window is so bothering you during bedtime, do not book the room facing the public street, it'll be nightmare sleeping all night.
