Really appreciate early checkout breakfast arrangement and flexibility of the staff

Rooms are clean , family friendly swimming pool , breakfast and dinner excellent. Staffs in the restaurant are topnotch and including the chefs excellent.
other facilities , snooker table & basket ball they said under maintenance , room service average not fulfilling the request on time or not at all.

House keeping required lot of improvement. Hotel focusing cost cutting measures which hampering quality.
Like cut fruit was kept in Freez to keep for longer time but cut fruit was not fresh.
Water bottle concept was not good and hygienic.
Table and sofa was not properly cleaned.

The menu and buffet items were all good but late night we ordered idli, it was hard and we couldn't eat it. So felt little disappointed.

Staffs in restaurant are good and helpful
Not worth for the money. There are lot of other better options for this price. Housekeeping is very slow. And the worst thing they gave a me a scratch on my car and they denied they didn't. Everybody make mistakes but seeing people not admiting their mistakes make it very unprofessional.
