Property is easy to find and quick check-in. Location of the key box was within easy reach.

6-7 plight of stairs. Due to our luggage that need to be carried up and with our 2 toddlers, the stairs was a challenge. My boy sustained a minor cut and bruise on his face as he climbed up the stairs and could not properly reached up his foot and fell. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Really nice little flat and close to the cafes and cathedral.

Parking is reasonably expensive

It was clean & adequately stocked with the usual items. Nice to have a car parking space.

Very small. Second bedroom too small. Bathroom too small.

conveniently located, walking distance to tourist/downtown area, groceries, cafes etc. Easy checkin and street parking. Clean and good value for an expensive country.

pictures are from different properties managed by Sem. We were in the grey apartment and the stair case was steep and treads very shallow which made for going down levels very awkward; had to manage stepping diagonally or treads or the treads are hitting your calves. also there is a 2” height difference from dining room (wood floors) to kitchen (tile floors) and we were constantly stubbing our toes.

The location is perfect, central and with parking provided with the house we booked. The house was spacious and there were nice touches such as fresh bread left for us on arrival.

The shower valve thermostatic control is failing.

Location to all shopping and restaurants is why I picked this location.

We had a top floor apartment with plenty of room for us and our kids. The kitchen was well equipped which was great as we were self catering. Very central location really quick to walk up to the Hallgrimskirkja or down to the harbour.

The steps up to the top floor were quite steep. It was fine for us but something to note.

Great location! Great communication and recommendations from hosts. Early check-in arranged. Very comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was perfect (60Mb/sec).

Clean and very-well maintained. Nice furniture and decor. Location cannot be beat. Loved the area! Beds were very comfortable with nice clean bedding. Kitchen well-equipped. Sulfur smell from water but this is not the fault of the owners.

Could have some drapes since many people stay here as there first stop from overseas. Extra pillows and a few sheets would be a nice touch.

absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever between the apartments. worst 2 nights of sleep due to other guests in the building not adhering to the rules and having parties until 4am.

SEM apartments are ideally located in the central town area but tucked away down a side street so quiet location too. Our apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for a two-night break. Beds are super comfy!

Location is perfect for exploring Rekyavik. Very clean apartment with good facilities. Stairs so if mobility is a problem then not for you, but great place.
