The one thing I wish the owner had was mosquito nets. We travelled with a baby and mosquitos kept biting him while we slept, which was annoying and unfortunate. Other than that, I recommend this place!

The apartments are located on a quiet street near the city center. The location is very convenient. The building has an elevator, so getting there with luggage is no problem.
Check-in takes place remotely, so you can arrive at any time. The host Uros is always in touch on Viber and answers all questions very quickly. His video instructions about check-in and in-house facilities are perfectly clear and informative. In the apartment you will find literally everything you might need for your stay - from an iron and hairdryer to hygiene products and chocolates :). It's amazing! It is clear that the host has thought through every little detail with love and care for the convenience of the guests. The heating system works perfectly, so we were warm and cozy, despite the cold weather outside.
Special thanks to Uros for his help: I forgot the chargers for my phone and watch when leaving, and he was kind enough to mail them to me at home.
I definitely recommend Panorama Central Apartments to those who want to feel at home in Belgrade!

There was a big refregirator, and even if he didnt have to- there were a lot of toiletris in the bathroom and indulging stuff in the kitchen (coffee, a big variety of teas, chocolates). There was a laundry washing machine.
A lot of sunlight in the bedroom, air and breeze.
There was a new sponge in the kitchen to clean the dishes and utensils. And a kitchen paper.
No noise from neighboors so u can sleep well at night without being interuppted.a lot of light in the appartment.
The bed cloth had hair in them.
The salon sofa had a visible nail coming out of place and the salon table wasnt new.
There were no hot water when I took a shower at night and i didnt know how to boil the water. Moreover, there is no light in the shower itself.
The refregirator wasnt so clean.

The apartment is great! It is located centrally in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with a few nice little bars.
It is very clean, very comfortable and surprisingly equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The spacious and clean bathroom (with the awesome water pressure) had everything, from shampoo and shower gel to razors, toothpaste, tampons and so on. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
We never met with our host, but his system for check in, check out is convenient and hassle free and he was immediately available for us through Viber for anything we needed. Many thanks for that!
The bed was comfy, we had two very nice and relaxing night sleeps. We highly recommend it for a stay in Belgrade!
Sometimes there was a weird smell coming from the toilet - I guess when the bathroom door was fully shut. There is ventilation though and when we were keeping it slightly open, the smell wasn't obvious.

Wonderful apartment 10 minutes walk from the center of Beograd. This apartment was much better than many hotel rooms we visited, so amazing value for money! Everything you could think about you might need (shampoo's, coffee / tea, aircon) were present in the room. The host would always quickly reply (via WhatsApp) whenever we had a question about anything. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Excellent location. Uroš was very amenable and responsive to questions. Nice, cosy flat, excellent shower! Comfortable bed.
Not a negative per se, but to be aware that it's a small room. I was a solo traveller who didn't spend much time in the room. May be more difficult in the winter with 2 or more people.

The apartment is centrally located, had everything necessary for our 10 -days -stay. There are stores,cafes and pharmacies nearby,and city center is a walking distance away. Uroš was amazing, he helped us organise transfers too,and showed my mom in as she arrived before me. We could order the cleaning when it suited us best, and he was always quick to answer the questions we had.Would definitely advise and repeat should I come to Belgrade again!

The apartment was large, clean and at a perfect location, and Uros was very helpful so the experience was great. Recommended!
There was little to no things we didn't like. Maybe the beds were a bit soft, but that's completely our preference.

Superb location, clean, smooth check-in - knowing that I arrived earlier, Uros messaged on his own to let me know that I could check in earlier! He did his best to assist me with parking and didn't hesitate to spend as much time as necessary to answer my questions, messaging back and forth. The facility itself is great, kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, and everything one might need (except the microwave). Very good heating. Clean bathroom. Plenty of (good!) pillows, sheets, blankets, clean towels... Wi-Fi is great, as is cable TV. I definitely recommend this property.

The place is in center and everything was close by
The place was not fully cleaned it had cobwebs around top areas.
We had ant infestation around sink area.
Internet was so bad with signal I ended up using my data for internet service and tv as well
Some windows blinds are not working properly and one window was not even in function
The renovations that we're happening in the building were not a pleasant thing, at moments the elivator was used by workers around mornings and we we're staying at 7th floor, kinda to much for us to use stairs.

-The shower looked very modern and I loved the temperature of the water once the boiler was switched on -The owner was helpful and reacted very fast when asking him a question by sending him a message - The apartment had a certain style that I liked and it felt creative, e.g. in use of certain colours, not extremely expensive, but yet very charming- I liked the fact that there are quite a lot of electricity sockets in the apartment. I could charge my devices everywhere. That was a nice surprise. -The wifi was excellent.
-Next time I would like kind of a dustbin in the kitchen - I would also like one or two extra pots or pans. There wasn't that many of them- The elevator in the building didn't always function very well (has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but more with the building it is in). Sometimes you had to do certain tricks to make it move.

Uros is an excellent host and the flat is a very good value for money. The location is very close to the city center. There are bars and cafes around. The flat is equipped with all essentials. The check in is easy and without a hassle. I recommend.
